Roberto was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. He had great recommendations, generous amenities, and quick responses to any questions we had. The view and outdoor spaces are unbeatable. We loved having our own little corner of paradise for our stay. The location feels remote and peaceful, but is only a short drive away from many more touristy places. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone! Grazie Mille, Roberto!

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

Beautiful and comfortable house in a pleasant environment, close to everything to the tourist sites in the area, restaurants and shopping center.

Our stay class went very well at Fabienne's. The house is for relaxation and wellness. I really appreciated the possibility of having a massage at home and other services like the delivery of sushi.

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

A few days of quiet rest near Nice and other places to visit. All the comforts of home. With cool and rainy weather, we would have just appreciated a slightly higher temperature of the pool water.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is, and how helpful and responsive Paul is. Paul met us on check in and gave us a full orientation of the property, hot tub, pool, lighting - so helpful. The view overlooking Monaco is simply second to none. The property is beautiful, completely private, yet you are overlooking Monaco and the Mediterranean with an endless view. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Lots of towels dressing gowns for the pool and hot tub. I really enjoy the fact that the property is gated. It gives you a great sense of security and privacy, and this is a very safe and quiet area to begin with. You can really relax! The kitchen is so well stocked and there’s space for everyone. Five stars all around for this stay. Apartment is extremely well stocked, clean, and perfectly located. Stunning little sitting room and patio for morning coffee. Charming and exactly what we were looking for. Julien’s place was exceptionally comfortable and outfitted for a stay away from home (extra blankets, beach throws, kitchen supplies, coffee/tea, etc.). Julien even had a local bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch. :) Remarkable location with everything just a short walk away. Had a lovely check-in interaction with Julien’s mum, Michèle, who was warm and kind (even left is her transit passes and offered extra umbrellas!). Attention to detail, local recommendations and communication was unparalleled. Perfect “home base” for a trip to Nice! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Julien and Michèle for such a lovely visit!

Very nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the mountains and doing activities like hiking. Everything is well in order and organized, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, A/C, clean sheets, etc. Isabelle the host is very friendly, responds quickly and can offer various hiking options. For dog lovers, Obi (I can't tell which breed), is a young person full of energy and very friendly. In short, I would definitely recommend!

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Dominique's place. The highlight is definitely the pool, which we were allowed to use on our own at all times. The location of the apartment is very good, as many places worth seeing can be reached within a short time. Dominique was very friendly, gave us a lot of information and was always responsive.

After a warm welcome,we took possession of the simply decorated cottage. The only bemol is the lack of parking.

This is a beautifully presented bungalow with every bit a equipment carefully provided. Izzy and Cliff were lovely hosts who made us feel most welcome. I can recommend them without reservation

This is the place to stay if you love France!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Céline and Christophe are welcoming hosts with exemplary availability while remaining very discreet. We stayed for two months in this pretty little well-equipped house a quarter of an hour from the sea on foot and we fully enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it.

Great time with family, very well-equipped house for large meals on the terrace, but also indoors. Sun, shade, there was something for everyone! Very well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature in the middle of Grasse, with all the shops nearby. Easy to park. Thank you for everything! We recommend it!

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

An absolute dream! The cottage in La Bouverie more than exceeded our expectations. The location is just amazing – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing. The house itself is spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay. Sandrine was very helpful with anything we needed and very quick to respond. The apartment was as described and the grounds were beautiful. Car is essential

We absolutely loved staying here! Phoebe was a great host, always friendly and helpful. Our two young daughters had great fun in the swimming pool. And the Airbnb was really well kitted out with toys and things for them to do. The location was beautiful and just a short walk into town where we visited some other places that Phoebe recommended. We felt really at home here and it was fantastic having our breakfast and dinner out on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Considering this was our first holiday as a young family of four, everything was super easy and we had the best holiday! Cannot recommend Southern France highly enough… especially if you choose to stay at Lou Messugo!
