The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views.
