Monthly Rentals in Carroll County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which wished we could have been here longer. At first we thought the location was a bit off the beaten track but once there were blown away but the peace and quiet and beauty of the location in the middle of the woods. Both Slim and Alexa were very friendly and very helpful with tips etc. Internet connection was great too and well equipped studio. Thank you

We enjoyed two months in “the barn.” The kitchen was well equipped for preparation of meals. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet with lots of activities nearby. And the host was most responsive.

We stayed at this place for 3 months. It was, in every sense, our summer "home". The galley kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the appliances are new and very good. The living area is spacious but cozy and the furniture is comfortable. There is a bathroom near each bedroom in order for guest to have privacy. We used the garage to store our toys (motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, etc - that was a real treat. I particularly liked sitting on the balcony in the afternoons listening to some music and enjoying the serenity of the mountains. The neighbors in the townhouse complex are very friendly and the town is just wonderful. You an walk to everything and if you like mountain outdoor activities, then this is the place for you. Whenever any minor issue arose, Kris was extremely responsive and accomodating. We could not ask for anything more. This is a great ABB property - we would not hesitate to go again.

We loved our stay here. The canoes and kayaks were so fun to use on the lake. Easy driving distance to North Conway and all the restaurants, as well as all the scenic mountain areas. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the firewood and smores items provided!
