The space cleverly layed out to be very useful with an air to water heating system make this home very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, with top brand appliances. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.
