The apartment has two A/C, a double bed and one of a square (in the living room). It is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. It is worth noting the very good visual, lighting and orientation of the apartment. It has drinking water, gas, electricity, internet, cable and cleaned linen. It does not have a garage.
