It's an Incredible place for families to relax & unwind together minutes from a spectacular beach. The light throughout the house is stunning in every season - we have provided photos in the different seasons so you can get a proper feel for the house & the area. Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

This is a beautiful new self contained apartment with it's own entrance. It is well situated to enjoy the fabulous Wild Atlantic Way and offers easy access by car to Galway City. There are secluded beaches and lovely walks nearby. The Aran Islands are easily accessible by ferry from Rossaveal 15 minutes drive away. The Connemara Isles Golf Club is a few minutes away by car. There is a gym five minutes walk away from the house. There is a grocery shop and pub nearby.

Super helpful and flexible host. The stay was very pleasant. The rustic-style house is very spacious and has private parking. Excellent location in a unique setting, between the countryside and the sea. Highly recommended!

Cathal's place is a lovely clean, comfortable home in a gorgeous location. His sister Aoife and mother Winnie looked after us very well and even gave us a few thoughtful extras. The large dining table is great for friend/ family gatherings. Our group really enjoyed their stay here. Grá mór!

House was so nice. Everything we could need was there. Towels, cooking equipment, toiletries. House finished to a very high standard and very clean. Also had milk, eggs, tea, coffee and even a loaf of fresh bread! TamiJoy was very responsive with any questions we had. The house was warm and plenty of room to park. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this traditional cottage! I was returning to Carraroe after a previous summer of learning Irish, and it was wonderful to introduce my husband to the area. We enjoyed long walks at the sea and cooked cozy meals in the kitchen. Ciaran was an informative and responsive host. We feel like we found a true Airbnb gem. We hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place. The house was impeccably clean & tidy. Everything we needed and more in the house. She had a very thorough binder with info on how to use everything in the house which made it super quick and simple to figure out anything we needed.
