Relax poolside or in the hot tub surrounded by lush greenery outside this spacious, renovated guesthouse nestled in a beautiful, private setting. Interior highlights include LED TV and surround sound system, kitchenette, and ample storage. (Pool availability is May 1st - Sep 30th (No exceptions) BUT Hot Tub IS available year round.) We also provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups as well as complimentary wine and bottled water. There is a wall-mounted, widescreen LED TV with a surround system with YouTubeTV and Netflix There is a washer and dryer outside the house on the patio for your convenience and an iron and ironing board can be found in the Cupboard Under the Stairs. Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. No exceptions. Hot Tub is available upon request. The guest house is free-standing, private and separated from the main house by a poll, gazebo and sizable backyard. You have free access to the property and pool. We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of us works out of the home and can be accessible if you should need any assistance. Explore Los Angeles—head out on a short walk to endless dining and shopping options on Ventura Boulevard. It's a short drive to colleges, theme parks, tourist attractions, and, of course, Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything you need to hop on a bus just a block away. *No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. *Guests must all be 21+ years of age, except in the case of families traveling with children. *Pool is only available/heated from May 1st - September 30th. This place is such a gem. So so peacful and beautiful. The fire place and hte hotbub room are incredible. In the mornigns and in the evenings you hear so many birds singing and at night frogs croaking. It feels so peaceful! I've stayed here twice and home to come back again someday. Very close by car to Rincon surf beach and Ojai hiking. If you're looking for a nature escape this place is it!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kevin's cozy and private house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The house is not only charming but also conveniently located close to all the amenities we needed. Kevin is an outstanding host. He was extremely responsive and took the time to explain everything in detail, which truly enhanced our stay. We felt well taken care of and appreciated all the amenities the house had to offer.
