Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

From the spacious garden you can admire the Rocca Bentivolesca and Bologna. Free parking, garden, barbecue, free wi-fi, air conditioning, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance. Possibility to taste typical products of the area such as balsamic vinegar and marmalades of own production. Welcome to our place!

The Little Grandmother

Welcome, comfortable home. SELF CHECK-IN, you can arrive at any time, beautiful park right behind the house, independent entrance, small terrace, for breakfast on the terrace, the exposed wooden roof, makes the house special, electric kitchen and washing machine. Very quiet area. You can walk to the airport in 10/15 minutes, the supermarket is also 10 minutes from the park, and the bus, pharmacy, deli, and newsstand are 5 minutes away. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
