The apartment is in a wonderful location. Shops, restaurants and the city center are a few 100 meters away. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The beds are wide and comfortable. So top location if you want to go to Belgrade for a few days.

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Gordana is lovely and responsive. The kitchen had everything listed and more. A quiet side of the building with easy parking on the street. I can recommend 100%

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was modern and had a beautiful view over the river, we enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. The location was perfect, walking distance from the Galerija Shopping centre, lots of restaurants and a really good brunch spot directly by the building! The communication was great, clear instructions and friendly! Definitely recommend the stay at this beautiful place ✨

Nice cozy appartment, nice view, nespresso coffee, wide shower, good mattress. Parking vast and clean with easy access. A lot of restaurants, coffee etc in the neighborhood. Public transport near. Minor problem construction work in the area. Easy communication. Perfect stay.

I was in Budapest for a conference and stayed here for five days before it began. The space was exactly what I needed. The vibe is cozy, comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast. A washing machine for clean clothes. Everything I needed was there, with groceries and supplies nearby. The river path was lovely to walk. The apt is far enough from the center to be quiet, close enough to go for dinner. There is construction nearby (Spring 25) but inside, I couldn't hear it. Being from New York, the price was a staggeringly good deal. I will definitely be back.

Staying at this apartment was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked in, I was completely captivated by its opulence and grandeur. The intricate gold detailing, the rich crimson accents, and the luxurious furnishings made me feel as though I had stepped into a royal palace. Every corner of the apartment radiates elegance and sophistication. The bedroom was a dream—a beautifully carved canopy bed paired with exquisite linens and ornate details that made it hard to leave. The living space, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view, was absolutely mesmerizing. The piano and vintage decor added such charm that I felt transported to another era. Not only was the space itself incredible, but the host was an absolute gem—polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sebastian provided thoughtful touches and clear communication throughout, which made my stay seamless and memorable. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment was cozy and clean. There were great views from the window. It was easy to walk to the city's attractions from the apartment. There was also a small shop and a great restaurant nearby. Anes was really friendly and helpful. Responded quickly to messages. I recommend the accommodation 👍

The parrot building was easy to find. At first the building looks a bit foreboding with graffiti and the paint work needs to be redone, but don't let that first impression fool you - it's actually a fairly quiet block of flats with a great craft ale bar and small shop downstairs. The centre centre - both Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman are only 10 min walk away on the other side of the river. As you look to the right of the building is the site of Franz Ferdinand's assassination by the next bridge. The apartment is spotlessly clean with great facilities and a comfortable double bed.

We enjoyed our meals while looking at stunning view from the balcony. Such a peaceful paradise. The place is lovely and cosy, fully stocked with everything we need. Both kids and adults enjoyed the swings outside the house. The house is well kept, modern decorated. Very suitable for family! We had a great time there and we wish could stay there longer. We fully recommend this place.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

I rate the stay 5/5. Unreserved communication with your host. The cottage is clean, tidy, with fragrant bedding and towels. New equipment, wonderful view. The bathroom floor is heated, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere - perfect for rainy days or winter evenings, and a terrace overlooking the lake. A great starting point for trips to Solina, the dam, the gondola lift and also deep into the Bieszczady Mountains, which probably do not need to be presented to anyone - peace, quiet, beautiful views, nice people, delicious food. I recommend it to everyone! We were a family with 3 small children.

We (2 adults, an one year old kid and a dog) in the house and we extremely enjoyed the place: vey nice house, the environment around was very peaceful and we felt relaxed after a few days there - additionally, the host and his family are very friendly, and their wine is worth to try!

We've had a wonderful stay there, the place is amazing and beautiful, the hosts are super nice, kind and helpful in every way. I highly recommend staying there, absolutely nothing to complain about!

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

I am very impressed concerning the renovation of such an old building. A cool combination of a traditional 1940s house with modern standards. The only thing that is different in the photos (but in a positive sense) is the kitchen as it is now all new and superbly equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming - many thanks for having something to eat in the fridge! After a day's driving this is really very nice. Very good place for outdoor gatherings because of the well-equipped gazebo and the bathroom available outside. The host speaks perfect English :) Wi - fi: works flawlessly, Cleanliness: very well cleaned accommodation, Neighbourhood : quiet and peaceful.

The apartment and the location were fantastic. Very comfortable and close to all attractions. The host is super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes walk to the Fisherman’s Bastion. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The household is nice and easy to instruct for the check-in. Recommend to couple 👍🏻

The location is very ok, on the window you can see the river and the access to the pedestrian area is very easy. In about 5 min walking, they start, past the lake you reach the center. The value is great. The building is not renovated, however the studio offers everything one needs for a state minimum.

A studio exactly as you want it to be. In the center, everything very close. The studio is in a villa that makes you go back in time and have an "interwar" experience. When you visit Oradea and all the old buildings look like they are new, you want to live in a house like those you visit. It was gorgeous and I'm glad we made the right choice. Radu was present, he guided me to make my citybreak one to remember. Thank you and I hope to find free the next time I come to Oradea. Unrivaled quality-price!

Great apartment - view is good on a normal evening but amazing when the fountain display is on. Apartment has everything you need. Shops/food and bus stop nearby. Easy to get 100 bus to airport. Communication with Michaela was always excellent/helpful. One tiny thing - due to its great location you may on occasion hear road noise.( That can't be helped). We loved the view❤️

Great location, close to the Capitol, and within walking distance to any attractions.The room is very cozy and well equipped.The Host is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner.The design of the shower room and toilet in the room is particularly convenient. What is particularly worth praising is that the shower head is installed with a filter shower head. My friend thinks that the hair is smooth after taking a shower.

We were very happy with Ildiko’s accommodations. The apartment was basic but clean and with all of the necessities. The view of the Danube was fantastic and the location was literally steps away from Parliament. Ildiko was very good at communicating with us. The only problem we had was that we had to leave too soon. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you for everything Ildiko!
