Yurt vacation rentals in Carpathian Mountains

Very cozy, nicely and well-decorated little yurt. We also received a warm welcome from the host. We had a great time and would love to come again!

It is a nice place to stay even during the summer because it has proper air conditioning. The window above the bed is a special experience in itself when there is a starry night.

The picturesque place, the yurt impresses with its beautiful interior, the large windows allow you to enjoy the view, the lamps on the terrace give a unique atmosphere. An additional advantage is your kind and helpful host ☀️

My stay in the yurt at Radka's and her family was created as part of a spontaneous surprise for my partner on Christmas 2024. Yes, we spent the evening here from 12/24-25 and it wasn't the slightest problem! Radka was not only helpful and accommodating in everything, but what I will appreciate forever is that she allowed me to arrive on Christmas Eve in the evening, which definitely disturbed her home wellbeing with my own family. He is such a nice and beautiful person. She decided to help me with my secret plan and was able to make a gesture worthy of romantic American movies. It was an evening I will never forget. The yurt was lit, heated, everything was lovely. Plus (as if there wasn't enough anymore! haha!) Radka prepared a tasty homemade breakfast for two, coffee, warm tea, and Christmas groomers for the second morning. I probably will never be able to describe in words how very grateful I am for this experience. And I recommend everyone to visit the yurt. Not just for Christmas but all year long. Staying in a yurt with a view of Kriváň and Gerlachovka was an interesting experience. The tent is clean and cosy, yet somehow mystical. The hosts make you feel welcomed. It's great place to discover the Liptov valley from. Belá (Whitewater) river flows next to the village, it's considered one of the last wild streams (braided rivers) of central Europe. Definitely worth visiting.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Imre’s place. He made us feel right at home and taught us lots about life on the farm. We loved staying in the yurt and relaxing in such a lovely environment. Imre was kind to our children and they felt very special helping him feed the animals. Our children have been asking to go back ever since we left! The yurt was a great place for us to recharge and spend a quiet NYE. We loved it not only for the looks (it was nice and clean inside), but also for the experience it offered: the fireplace, the view over the hills, the firepit (which we used to make stickbread and soup outside), the three super friendly and protective dogs. One of my fav moments was when the host came to bring us Dutch dessert😊

This is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy solitude and immerse themselves in nature. The view is stunning. The yurt is situated on an elevation, offering a picturesque view of the lake and villages below. The yurt is very functional for 4 people. Comfortable beds, a functional kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Very cozy bathroom. Great shower. The stove heated the yurt perfectly, so it was not cold inside. All the firewood and necessary tools for lighting the stove were easily accessible. Damian was always available and helped with all questions. The instructions were detailed and clear. We celebrated New Year’s here, and it truly turned out to be an unforgettable evening. We really liked the place and are eager to visit again in the summer.
