Villa vacation rentals in Carpathian Mountains

This is the second time I stay at this house. It feels right at home, it’s private, and it’s location is perfect if you’re staying in Sarajevo. Wonderful hosts, responsive, and super respectful.

Accessible location, easy to find, a few minutes from the city center. Cleanliness, order, attention to details. I recommend 10/10

Dino our host was very welcoming and helpful. Finding the house is not easy the first time and so Dino met us at an earlier spot and led us there. The house is beautiful and equipped with most things you would need- wifi, barbecue, dishwasher appreciated. We all enjoyed the pool. Ample supply of towels, generous supply of toiletries and useful cooking items such as oil etc. Beds quite comfy. My youngest son was worried from the photos that he would fall out of the top bunk, but on arrival we found there is a bar across to stop this happening. Good security with alarm etc, spotlessly clean. The house is quite off the beaten track and a car is necessary although we did enjoy walking around the surrounding country roads too.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Our family (kids, parents, and grandparents) had the best time at this gorgeous villa in Balatonfured. The house is so pretty, with comfy furniture and cool decorations that made us feel right at home. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids had a blast, and us adults got to relax in style. It felt like our own little paradise. The kitchen is great (we love to cook), and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace every day and every meal. It was great being so close to the lake too - we could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a special place to make memories, this villa is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful cozy home in middle of nature, calm and serene. Went there with family (and a dog 🐶) and absolutely loved it. Place has everything you need and feels like home. Cute fire places, cozy rustic decor and walking distance to city centre. Highly recommend it 😍😍

The place was amazing! Situated in an old village with beautiful view it is a perfect getaway for a family of 4, or as in our case, a family of 3 and grandparents. We only planned for a night to go visit the nearby attractions for kids on our way to Sibiu, but would have liked to stay one more night. Very spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable! AC in every room is a plus! Outside there is a nice yard for barbecue that we didn’t use but used the table for breakfast. There is also a small place just for the little ones! Overall the place was beyond expectations!

Returned for 2nd time and Diana was great. She was very accomodating with her place and as always, prompt to response. Her place was sparkling clean and well heated. Thank you Diana and if I was to return in the near future to Romania, I will be in touch.

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Everything worked out well! We were even able to arrive earlier and depart later, everything was no problem! Nice communication with the owner! Villa clean and beautiful, for 10 people a little tight in bad weather, if you can share the outside weather-wise, plenty of space. Everything beautifully designed.

An excellent experience! The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures: cozy, peaceful, and ideal for a getaway. The location is great, close to the city center, malls, cinemas, supermarkets, and other attractions. Everything was spotless, and the ambiance is perfect for relaxation and tranquility. My family and I had a wonderful two-week stay, I could never thank amra and his family enough. From the beginning to the end of our stay, their responsiveness was exceptional. The accommodation is very well furnished, very clean, very quiet. The view was splendid, the pool is supplied with water by a natural stream. Visoko is a warm village, located 45 minutes from Sarajevo by car, the landscape and nature have rejuvenated us both physically and mentally. A real haven of peace. Bosnia and its inhabitants will have marked us forever❤️❤️❤️. I highly recommend to people looking to clear their minds and fill their heads with memories to visit Bosnia, Sarajevo, Mostar, Kravica and other cities, the food is very good, it feels very good and of course I recommend to all air BNB users the sumptuous accommodation of Amra and her family, thank you very much for your warm welcome, don't change. 5🌟

Mikro was very friendly and responsive. He made sure we are well accommodated and urged to explain everything we need to know about the premises. He gave us a suggestion for lunch which was amazing and kept in touch the whole time before, during and after our stay. The house has an amazing view and is in a very quiet and peaceful place. It has everything you might need for your stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Papa’s Hideout. Viktor was an incredible host - he gave us some great recommendations, was extremely helpful and very responsive. The house is great, very secluded and peaceful. You will need to hire a car to get about because of this. There is a small shop 10-15 minutes walk away which is handy though. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Papa’s Hideout if you want to visit Bosnia!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was exactly what we needed: quiet, relaxing and just fantastic. The view was breathtaking. A real highlight at any time of day. Especially the sauna overlooking nature was an absolute experience and made our stay perfect. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished and superbly equipped. Everywhere you can feel how much heart and love this place has been designed, both inside and out. The contact in advance was warm and uncomplicated, and even during our stay you noticed how much the host is because his guests feel completely comfortable. We immediately felt welcome. The location in the middle of nature is just perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. We will definitely be back. It was one of those special places to just make you feel at home.
