Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Carpathian Mountains

The host communicated all the details to us and was very responsive at the time we needed help. The house is very nicely arranged, you have everything you need. Most likely, just what you forgot at home you will find at your accommodation. The terrace has an easy to use fireplace, with wood and barbecue utensils at its disposal. Each guest was provided with a bathrobe, towel and slippers. The only problem, if I can call it so necessarily, was the fact if showering simultaneously downstairs and upstairs, the water heater doesn't really cope and the water temperature fluctuates from cold to hot. Otherwise, everything is well and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful place with a view, the house is very clean and well designed. It has everything that you will need for your stay, since we were travelling with a child, there were options to take a crib and toys in the living room were definitely a plus :) we enjoyed the hot bath and its situated really close to the cabin and with a view. The hosts are very friendly and respond to any requests very swiftly. Overall a beautiful and relaxing place.

Clean, beautiful, and spacious. Great for a peaceful getaway. Yard was immaculate and the pool was amazing. We fell in love the owner’s sweet dog.

We had a brilliant holiday staying at Radu's place! The house is very easy and spacious. We were a family group of 6 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing outside in the little stream, climbing on the boulders and swinging in the hammocks. In the evenings we could sit outside with a fire and a barbecue. There are beautiful walks straight from the house. Radu and Julia are the most welcoming, generous and helpful hosts.

We had a fantastic weekend at Kinga and Pali's place recently finished. The pictures speak for themselves, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. A fabulous environment, a wonderfully designed garden, gives you space for every activity outside, intimate and quiet. The indoor space is also a table, very cozy, well-equipped, and has a premium design that meets all your needs. Kinga and Pali were helpful throughout our stay to make sure we had the best time. We will definitely be returning guests.

ANWAN Apartment is one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in and the best AirB&B in Poland. Located in a cozy house in Wisła Głębce, it offers stunning views and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The apartment is near hiking trails and a convenience store, but reaching it involves a steep hill (snow chains may be needed in winter). The apartment matched its online description, with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with spices and utensils. The stylishly decorated bedroom and living room featured extra blankets, pillows, books, and a TV, all in pristine condition. An electric fireplace was a thoughtful touch for drying clothes after hikes. Check-in was simple, and communication with the host was excellent. We were warmly welcomed with fresh eggs and had access to a treadmill, sauna, and yard. This is a perfect spot to unwind, whether for quiet winter nights or serene summer evenings. Highly recommended!

Very successful stay with children. Ended up relaxing in a bang. I recommend this place!

Second review of the same place as I came back again before leaving Bucharest, but it is a very good place to stay, being a few minutes from Therme and the airport. Be aware that you might need earplugs and eye masks if you are a light sleeper due to the house being next to the airport, but that did not bother me during my stay. I also had a rental car which allowed me to go where I need to, but if you can’t drive you will have to rely on taxi for this place.

In short, and not to repeat previous reviews (which are all spot-on), Alex's place is simply magical. Located in beautiful and serene nature, the house and the converted barn are simply amazing. Tastefully decorated with lots of Romanian traditional artifacts, they boast with artful arrangements. We're a family of four and had an amazing time. We found the amenities well thought-after, every detail was carefully designed, we appreciated the warm and cosy atmosphere, the old clay oven, the available wood for bbq and for warming up around the evening fire, the sitting area in the converted barn, even the traditional plates and mugs. Needless to say, and to compliment the above, Alex is a great, responsive host. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation, impeccable hospitality, warm hosts who are warm, kind, considerate. Danka and Juraj's house and courtyard are fairytale, the breakfasts were excellent, cleanliness , order everywhere. If you go hiking, you'll find beautiful routes, with a clear spring creek. You can experience the beauties of the low Tatras. Comfort and cleanliness await you at the cottage when you arrive home. I recommend it to anyone who loves nature and good people,❤️ Eve

The cottage exceeded all expectations. Fantastic view, quiet, tidy neighborhood with cozy gardens and nice locals. We loved the lack of electricity and running water, but we didn't feel the lack of anything, the cottage was absolutely comfortable. If you are around, don't miss the view from the cross on the hilltop above the house:)

I would come back anytime with the same joy!

I had read that access was complicated but I wasn't expecting that. I thought I'd find a dirt road but there was still some ice despite the warm temperatures. But it wasn't the ice, the problem... it was the mud! Despite an SUV we bogged down. Cannot move forward or backward. Completely blocked! Luckily Adi and a friend came to our rescue! We were saved! Adi managed to ride our vehicle to the chalet. A big thank you to him! Plus, he carried our suitcases and groceries. But complicated access is well worth it! The cottage is beautiful. I quote my 25 year old daughter “the most beautiful place we've ever been”! The atmosphere with the garlands is magical! Beautiful hot tub in the middle of the fir trees. Overhead projector for awesome movie nights! We met some small disappointments but Michelle was responsive and fixed everything. We are 100% satisfied with our 2 nights, thank you!
