This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. È caratterizzata da un grande doppio living con soffitti a volta , una zona cucina con bancone in cemento. La camera da letto è dotata di bagno en-suite ed affaccia direttamente sul terrazzo. La zona lounge/Tv può diventare una comoda camera da letto con divano/ letto e bagno dedicato con grande vasca. Abbiamo il piacere di accogliervi nella nostra casa vacanze . Situata nei pressi del centro storico di Carovigno, ristrutturata con soffitti ad arco in pietra, può ospitare massimo 4 persone con una camera da letto matrimoniale su soppalco e un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina è attrezzata e vi é un cortile esterno. Siamo vicini alle spiagge di Torre Santa Sabina e Torre Guaceto e a città come Ostuni, Monopoli e Polignano a Mare. L'ideale per godersi la bellezza della Puglia.

Antico Trullo Saraceno appena ristrutturato adatto ad una coppia . In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

In wenigen Minuten ist man an den Stränden und Restaurants von Santa Sabina oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Carovigno. Bis Ostuni der berühmten "Weißen Stadt" fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

Originally used to press grapes, we converted the old stone building into a unique space that has a refreshing balance between authenticity and style. Although you can disconnect here in nature, it’s super close to the sea (5min) and the charming villages of Carovigno (5min) and Ostuni (20min). Brindisi airport is 20min away.
