Double sofa bed (1.60 m) and an auxiliary single bed (80cm), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a garden. Wi-Fi a TV with Google Chromecast for streaming. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

Absolute calm and exceptional location in the old town, 400 m from the lake and 100 m from the train station. With underground parking, rare in downtown Annecy, this unique place is close to everything. The whole apartment (living room, bedroom and kitchen) overlooks the terrace and garden where you can have lunch and rest.
