An excellent welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, an impeccable and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tram 3, the terminus of which is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? I'd love to make a new reservation for this apartment if I have a chance. Olivier

Great home perfect for a family. The layout and decor are tasteful. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just to stay, no problem! No problem, the terrace and garden overlook a stone wall.

Very pleasant stay despite the rainy weather, close to transportation to reach the city center, the arena, etc.

We would recommend this listing. We were 3 adults and a child and we didn't feel cramped. However, we believe that for 4 adults it can be narrow at the sofa bed. The place was very clean, there was everything you needed for the beach as well as basic amenities. Melanie is very friendly, attentive and understanding. We had a lovely stay and the location was very good (restaurants, bakery, close to the canals, shops and Sète market halls). To park, depending on the hours it can be difficult to find a place close to the accommodation (on weekends) but we have still always been able to park quite close (paid parking). Thank you for this beautiful stay and we hope to see you soon!

They are very friendly and do not hesitate to provide us with all the necessary information about the accommodation or nearby transportation so that the stay goes smoothly. The accommodation is very well equipped and modern, in a quiet and secure residence. For the more athletic, the gym and pool combo is very nice I highly recommend these hosts and their place.

I had a great stay in this extremely well located apartment: it's in the heart of the city. Everything can be done on foot and the view is extraordinary: every morning and every evening you can see the rowers of Occitarame go for a ride. It's very beautiful.

Welcome by Melanie, very pleasant and smiling. Very well located apartment, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional equipment. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Very peaceful cottage, many activities for children. The staff is very responsive and attentive to your needs. Clean and very well-equipped accommodation.

We spent our first family vacation at Fabien's house. The house was perfect and the bucolic garden with pool. It is ideally located close to the city center but it doesn't feel like it in the evening with the calm that reigns. Communication with Fabien was very fluid and made various recommendations for us to make the most of our stay. We will come back without hesitation.

We had a very good week at Benoît and Marie's. The place is ideal to rest, with the large swimming pool, the garden, the pétanque court, but also to explore Montpellier with the tram 5min walk that allows you to get to the center. Easy to access thanks to free parking right next door, welcoming hosts, studio in a beautiful property, autonomy, quiet, well-equipped… in short, I really enjoyed this accommodation which also offers beautiful services in terms of amenities. A supermarket is within walking distance as is tram line 3. In short, great.

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is a great place for a family to enjoy. There is plenty of seating and the pool was great! The AC was a bonus especially on the hot days. We were just a few minutes away from the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every day we were there. We were able to cook our meals in the very well stocked kitchen and sit either inside or outside to eat. Jeremie was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. We got to spend a fun filled week and made lasting memories enjoying our surroundings with family and friends! We would highly recommend this house and host to anyone contemplating this area to spend their vacation.
