Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carmiano

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i leiligheten. Var akkurat slik vi ønsket. Rent og pent overalt. Flott garasje til bilen. Hyggelig at verten hadde satt frem diverse snacks og kald drikke i kjøleskapet. Fikk også god hjelp til bestilling av f.eks. drosje hvis vi skulle ut for å spise eller shoppe i gamle-byen. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Giuseppe per una decina di giorni io, mio marito e le mie figlie! La casa è meravigliosa, pulita, spazi adeguati, ottima vista mare, piena di oggettistica molto curata e bella!!! La cucina e il bagno erano puliti e dotati di ogni utensile (es phon, macchina caffè, stoviglie, pentole, ecc…)! Le camere anche molto pulite e con lenzuola morbide!! Il terrazzo è meraviglioso! Ampio, vista mare, dotato di tavolo, sedie e sdraie, accesso acqua e stendino per la biancheria! Davvero super consigliata

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

Had a great stay at Felix's. He was very accomodating and really helped us out when we had to make a last minute change to our accomodation in Lecce. The place is in great shape (good touch of the USB inlets by the bedside for charging phones without having to use adapters)! We enjoyed the balcony in the evening and the fact that restaurants and gelato were nearby. Thanks!!!

Raffaelle es un excelente hoster, siempre atento a consultas y necesidades, si vas con auto hay un estacionamiento muy cómodo a 8 minutos caminando, que Raffaelle te lo reserva, si le avisan. Un gran lugar para disfrutar de la bellisima Lecce.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Unterkunft sauber und sehr groß mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Platz zum krabbeln und spielen. Lucia hat auf Nachrichten immer sehr schnell reagiert, war hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps. Die Lage ist super. zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum, bei Cafés und Restaurants. mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Küste (wir waren in Castro) und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le logement est magnifique, parfaitement propre et très agréable à vivre. Roberto et Antonella ont été exceptionnels : disponibles, chaleureux et très attentionnés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions qui témoignent d’un véritable sens de l’accueil. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen. Das Haus hatte während unserer Zeit ein paar „Kinderkrankheiten“, welche aber durch die Vermieter größtenteils direkt behoben wurden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gut erreichbar & haben schnell gehandelt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben das Kochen im Freien, den Pool und den Pizzaofen sehr genossen :) lediglich Gardinen/Verdunklungen in den Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Umgebung ist schön und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful accessible apartment, very clean, centrally located in Poggiardo. We especially liked the clear instructions and multiple bins for recycling of paper, plastic, metals etc and compost bin. Communication was excellent with very quick response time. Bed was very comfortable; space very quiet. Kitchen well equipped. We arrived by bicycle and there was plenty of space to securely keep our bikes. Location perfect for exploring Adriatic coast. Poggiardo is a lovely town with an old centre and many interesting shops and bakeries, including the most excellent Panneteria De Carlo!

Wir waren eine Woche zu acht (im Alter von 13-83) in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und individuell. Die Bettwäsche hätte ich auch zuhause sehr gern… Unsere Gastgeberin Flavia war ein Goldstück! Schnell erreichbar, super freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Villa ein Schön-Wetter-Haus, bei Regen und kälteren Temperaturen fehlt unser Meinung nach ein Aufenthaltsraum. Die Küche ist dann im Vergleich zur Weitläufigkeit der gesamten Anlage sehr klein. Und was wir wirklich sehr speziell fanden: Bis auf ein Bad waren alle Bäder und damit auch Klos ohne Tür. Das fanden wir allesamt nicht so toll. In Summe gibt es von uns aber dennoch 5 von 5 Sternen.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à la Villa Grandi Fiori. La situation est idéale : à deux pas du charmant village d’Oria, au cœur des Pouilles, un point de départ parfait pour explorer la région. La villa est vraiment superbe : spacieuse, confortable et aménagée avec goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner avec plaisir pendant notre séjour. Plusieurs terrasses entourent la maison, parfaites pour profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le jardin, entièrement entouré de haies, nous a offert une intimité totale et une tranquillité absolue – un véritable havre de paix. Merci à Ingrid et Piet pour votre accueil chaleureux. C’était un plaisir de faire votre connaissance. La Villa Grandi Fiori est sans aucun doute une adresse où l’on rêve déjà de revenir !

Eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen, ein toller Ort der da geschaffen wurde. Wunderschöne Location mit viel Raum, liebevoll eingerichtet, würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Nous avons eu un super séjour dans la villa. Je rejoins les commentaires déjà laissés, la villa et le jardin sont bien mieux que ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos! Super central, à 2min à pied du centre ville piéton. On recommande chaudement! Et Sabrina est joignable, aidante et très sympathique.

Mieszkanie usytuowane w spokojnej okolicy, blisko do centrum oraz dworca, wokół restaurację i kawiarnie z pysznym jedzeniem i kawą. Carmelo bardzo komunikatywny i przyjazny. Służył poradą nie tylko podczas zameldowania, ale również dotyczącą zwiedzania. Serdecznie polecam!

My four night stay was wonderful. The pictures are accurate but don’t do justice to how beautiful the home is. Beautiful old world doors and balconies with modern conveniences throughout the home. Fast internet (should you have to work) and comfortable furnishings. There is a supermarket just around the corner, along with a cafe, pharmacy, and pizzeria. The barista made me iced coffees and the owner of Diecipinini (a great sandwich shop down the road) practiced his English accent with me. The owners were so sweet and helpful. I arrived with a broken wrist and they helped me with my luggage and in so many ways. They provide little extras to make you feel at home. Highly recommend- I loved staying here!

La casa è assolutamente gradevole, ben posizionata e c’è tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza di relax in famiglia. Si trova non lontana dal centro storico di Lecce e facilmente raggiungibile. Il proprietario di casa ci ha davvero aiutato per un inconveniente avvenuto la mattina della nostra partenza. Grazie!

The beautiful apartment we stayed in Lecce made our travel experience 10 times better! Easy to get to every place: trains station, old town, lots of restaurants or coffee shops. Host was so responsive and friendly (although a little lack of english language knowledge) and provided us a place in awesome condition. There was everything we needed and a little more. Even the snacks, coffee and beverages in the fridge 🥹 We liked a place a lot, it is perfect either for two or four people. A big plus was two bathrooms and a big comfortable shower. We are really happy that we found this place and had an opportunity to stay there ❤️

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

L'appartamento del signor Ezio ha reso le nostre vacanze indimenticabili! È posizionato in zona strategica tra via dello shopping, centro storico e spiagge, è dotato di parcheggio riservato nel garage condominiale (vero plus in zona). Internamente l'alloggio è ottimamente organizzato, ospitale, con una grande terrazza attrezzata e fronte mare. La casa è curata e pulita, dispone di ampie vetrate e finestre che permettono un ottimo ricambio d'aria e un'eccellente ventilazione. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa chiara, puntuale e tempestiva. Ringraziamo Ezio e consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare nel suo appartamento!

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Nos sorprendió para bien el apartamento, es hermoso, enorme, las habitaciones enormes, baños propios, el contacto para llegar sin problemas. La zona es super tranquila y estaba todo cerca. Altamente recomendable.
