From the 1940’s this building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 1 block to Performing Arts Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on a budget and on the go!

The Cabin

Our cabin is in north Coke County near the small ghost town of Sanco. The property has been in our family for 5 generations. It offers beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. Come enjoy the views from the wrap around porch or the comforts of the couch. The small town of Robert Lee is just 5 minutes south where you will find Lake Spence, a 9 hole golf course, coffee shop, boutique and 2 restaurants. We are centrally located near, San Angelo, Abilene and not far from Midland.

The Red Rooster House is a comfortable, cozy, single-story, two-bedroom home with 1,200 square feet of living space. Plenty of on-site parking. 150 foot driveway. Exterior security lights/porch lights and cameras for good night time visibility and security. Easy and quick access to highway and around town.
