This place is located in a great spot, my favourite part of the island. Easy to get to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is a perfect size for two people but the decking and pool area is very spacious and what makes the place so special in my opinion. Kerri was extremely friendly and not at all intrusive even though she also lives in the complex. We felt more like her neighbours than her guests. Thanks for having us!

The surroundings were quiet, allowing for a restful stay, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for usage. The host was responsive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in. If you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind, I highly recommend this stay. I would definitely return!

This home is ideal for families, featuring special rooms that cater to everyone's needs, as well as a cozy living room perfect for gathering and making memories. Additionally, the private parking lot was a fantastic bonus, providing peace of mind during our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. Loved the inside and the views. Kid friendly. And the host was super nice and helpful.

This little home was so cute. I loved the decorations and the wood flooring and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Matt was very accommodating with me and my family. We needed a little early check-in and he was able to make that happen. I would definitely rent from Matt again.

This place is really nice. It is in an artistic setting with several building amenities. It is a comfortable space with hosts who were responsive to my questions. I enjoyed staying here and can't wait to return.

Not only was he incredible host but he help us with dining arrangements and recommendations places to go and help my son find the best transportation to the airport… I highly recommend recommend him to anyone that wants to stay there

This place is truly a Gem, there are so many positive things I could list but not enough characters do to so. To start it's super Spacious and airy, the view is BREATHTAKING. The pool, and the pool area were super clean and perfect for unwinding. If your looking to relax away from crowds and noise, this place is perfect. It has everything you would need, it's super clean and well maintained. The host was amazing, and his team at the facilities were just as great. At one point I dropped a ring and it fell between the elevator and the door, down the elevator shaft and the next morning Giovanni had one of the maintenance guys help retrieve the ring, as I said this host is amazing. Thank you Gio!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
