MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. They also offer lovely little touches like coffee, teas, and other refreshments that make the experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time. The place is a short drive from La fortuna falls and walkable distance from the river. About 25mins drive to get to Arenal. Easy to find and has parking right out the door. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Camilo was also very kind and gave us great local recommendations and helped us plan to make most of our time. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice home with a beautiful view of the Marina. We loved drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Location was great and close to nice restaurants and outdoor activities. Stephanie was very helpful and extremely quick to respond if you needed any type of assistance.

Absolutely wonderful place. Came here for my wife’s 50th bday and we loved it. Being literally steps from the beach was just awesome. The patio area was very comfortable place to sit and relax in the morning or after a day of fun and the sun at the beach. Lots of great places to eat close to the house or if you want to cook for yourself the house is well equipped. I would gladly stay here again if in the area with no hesitation. Janet was ultra responsive and so was Carmen. The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice this place was wonderful. Thank you again for making this a wonderful vacation.

Rafael is a great host, super attentive and helpful, he took me to the bus station although he didn't need it and made sure he reached my destination. The place is great, organized, clean and perfectly located - in case of electricity issues, it has fans and emergency lights that always help. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay! Maria was very responsive and provided an excellent doc with a guide to the dining and shopping in the local area. Air conditioners worked very well, and apartment was clean and comfortable. We did experience some some short power outage issues, but Maria and her father Manuel checked in with us and to ensure we had the lanterns and battery fans we needed, which was appreciated. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Short walk to beautiful beach!

I stayed in Mauricio and Melba’s property for about a week. Overall, the property is in a great location, the parking was great as well (parked right infront of the property), the property is exactly as pictured and described. I had a chance to meet Mauricio and he was very kind! I would highly recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!

We had a spectacular stay at Imilka's place. The place is just as shown in the listing: a real luxury, super quiet and with all the necessary amenities. We were 9 people as a family, and it really was an unforgettable experience. Imilka was an excellent host, always attentive and available to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arise. Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
