This is a nice place to stay. You have restaurants all around you and stores and the mall about 20 -30 minutes up the street if you walk. Uber is always available.

First allow to say that if I could cheat and give 10 stars I would gladly do so. I LOVE THAT PLACE!! They threw in a special touch for my birthday, which attention to detail at it's finest. I will return for sure. Maitee and Dennis were extremely helpful to me for my first time renting an ABNB. Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

Very nice place to stay in El Laguito. The apartment is very comfortable, and view of the lake, and the ocean is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The host is caring and helpful. A small quieter beach and a bird island is close by to enjoy. The main beach and shopping is nearby, as well. If I come back to Cartagena this place will be my first choice.

La casa è completa di tutto quello che serve: acqua calda, coperte (siamo in montagna e puó essere fresco la notte), cucina completa. C'è un patio delizioso dove godersi il fresco e il canto degli uccelli. Tutto è molto pulito e tenuto molto bene. Emily è gentile e simpatica. La posizione ottima.

Perfect space if you’re like me and spend more time outside than inside on vacation. Terrace with all the extra living space is so nice. Multiple beaches a walk or short drive away if you want something other than what is right by the condo. And finally a host that doesn’t require you to basically clean the place before you leave. Amazing place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jesus’ apartment in Miami! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. Jesus is an outstanding host, super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail really made a difference, and we felt right at home. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about. It was a flawless experience and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

5 Stars I had a great stay at Edwin’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. Edwin was a great host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and everything I needed was available, from fresh towels to a fully stocked kitchen. great location for a great price. the front doormen were very helpful. Alexis was particularly great at giving pointers and looking out for me in terms of keeping the place secured and making sure I taxis or other people were did not scam me. the location is close to everything and nothing was more than a $2 uber ride away.

Muy recomendado el airbnb! Pedro y su mamá son super atentos, muy buena comunicación, siempre allí si necesitas algo y de igual manera tienes toda tu privacidad. Durante mi estancia de pronto hacia mucho frio y me dieron unas cobijas extra, super bien! El estudio es muy amplio, tine sus años pero uno se siente muy cómodo y es muy bien mantenido. Tiene hasta una mesa grande con silla cómoda para trabajar. Es un lugar super tranquilo. A unas cuadras hay cafes, restaurantes y como a 10/15min esta la universidad donde hay muchas opciones para comida del dia. La zona no es mi favorito del mundo, pero el airbnb vale la pena!

Pictures accurately depict the accommodation. Hosts are honest and responsive and kindly organised taxi transfers for us from/to the airport. There is a small cafe and there are staff in the building daily which is useful. Everyone speaks great English which is not the norm in Cuba. Neighbourhood is nice with some good restaurants to eat within walking distance. It's a taxi ride or an hour walk from Old Havana, but glad we stayed here instead as it's more chill and you don't get hassled (you get hassled a lot in Old Havana and other touristy areas). As our first trip to cuba we could not have picked a better place to spend the first night. We, plus all our luggage, we are travelling by bicycle, were collected at the airport door. A warm and informative welcome. Malvis and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A great breakfast to send us on our way too. We look forward to telling them of our cuban adventures when we stay with them again on our way home. Muchas gracias Malvis, Pedro and Roberto.

Comfortable apartment in quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes walk to the Marina and the beach of Santa Marta. Good a/c. Cafe nearby.

It is great for one couple plus maybe 1 small kid (sofa bed needs upgrade)... right in front of the complex there is a tiny bakery and neighborhood grocery store that takes credit cards, perfect for improv breakfast or dinner. Ana was very responsive which was helpful during our stay. Definitely recommended!

Ho passato due settimane con mio marito in casa di Lorena. Il suo alloggio è stato per noi una casa dove poterci rilassare, esattamente come a casa nostra! Lorena è una host fantastica ed è sempre stata pronta ad aiutarci quando ne abbiano avuto bisogno. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è fornita di tutto il necessario, inclusa una lavasciuga che ho adorato durante la nostra permanenza!!! È stata comodissima per lavare ed asciugare i vestiti!! La cucina aveva tutto l'occorrente per preparare i pasti, la camera e il bagno disponevano di lenzuola e asciugamani di ricambio. Tutta la casa era pulitissima e molto accogliente. Il quartiere è abbastanza tranquillo e di notte abbiamo riposato in tranquillità. Nel quartiere si possono trovare diverse caffetterie, panetterie e ristoranti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e vorrei ringraziare Lorena per la sua disponibilità e accoglienza!!! Consiglio fortemente di soggiornare qui perché vi sentirete come a casa vostra!!

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.
