We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

You will appreciate your private entrance and space that Casa Roja has to offer. It is a stylish studio with a tropical elegance. The large room has a nice sitting area with a queen bed, desk, nice closet, large shower, microwave, kurig coffee maker and mini fridge. Located in one of Miami's best neighborhoods. RIght off I95 a short walk to Brickell Village ,Key Biscayne beaches, and Calle Ocho. Close to metrorail & a short uber to SOBE. Tropical paradise...location, location!

Very quiet and safe area. Infinity edge pool included. Glorious sunsets. BBQ on the waterfront. Only a couple of mins away from popular Kite Surfing spot. There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.

Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking. No backup generator.
