Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Carcavelos

This place really has a great view. You can see some of Sintras amazing castles from the back yard ( if its not foggy, which is common in this area). The location is very peaceful, great running trails ( lots of hills) and a functional grill. If you have a car it’s always parking available on the street. The house had everything we needed and would definitely come back if we would stay in Sintra again.

We had a great stay! The house is simple, but very welcoming, full of charm and with an environment that made us feel right at home. Mrs. Isabel was always extremely friendly and always available, for anything. He immediately responded to all of our questions and resolved any situation with speed and good disposition. Christina was extremely helpful and an excellent host. As a superhost myself, I would absolutely rate this place a 5 star. Her level of communication was excellent providing us with a driver and great local recommendations. I highly recommend having a hired driver while visiting the area if you want to travel outside the square.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

This is a wonderful apartment! it has a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and a marvelous shower. I enjoyed my time there while touring the various sites around Sintra. Patricia is the perfect host, friendly and always responsive. She made excellent restaurant suggestions. You have dedicated off-street parking right in front of the apartment door, which hardly any other places have. Highly recommended!

Dalila’s home is simply stunning. It blends the old-world charm of dark wood-framed windows and shutters, artful ledges, and beautiful ceilings, walls, fireplaces and floors with her incredible eye for design. The space is filled with art and antiques, creating a warm and perfectly curated atmosphere. The home is also well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, and there are multiple living areas with couches and plenty of seating to spread out and relax. The location is ideal with gorgeous views of the Atlantic, small local food markets nearby and an easy drive to Sintra or Cascais. Dalila is the perfect host. We truly couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

This studio apartment was perfect while I stayed in town for a few days visiting friends. Very lovely neighborhood near the yellow line, and within walking distance of a grocery store and several little cafes. Host was great, and responsive. Loved that there was a washer AND dryer to make laundry easy before the next leg of my trip.

The unit was well equipped and had a wonderful location. Very comfortable and clean. Sara was very responsive with a couple of requests we had. Great value, would definitely recommend. Exceeded expectations

The location of the accommodation is very comfortable as it has parking right next to it. Walking to the historic center is a 10 minute walk. The house has all the amenities and Alexandra is always available for any questions. We felt right at home.

Lovely place for a group of friends, we had a wedding close by and the location worked perfect for us. There are some nice bars and places to visit an easy Uber ride away. Host was really helpful and responsive. Very clean accommodation and beds super comfy with black out shutters to get some good sleep! House was very clean and had everything we needed!

We organized a small wellness retreat with friends at the villa, and it was absolutely perfect for that. The garden, with its pool and breathtaking views, felt like heaven on earth. The environment was incredibly calm and peaceful, surrounded by stunning nature that created the ideal setting for our retreat. João was an amazing host – he communicated very clearly through messages and was always helpful, kind, and understanding. His support made everything flow smoothly. The retreat turned out to be the most incredible and beautiful experience for all of us, and the venue played a crucial role in making it so special. And here is a spacious house to dream of, a quiet environment a garden where you can relax , huge rooms well distributed and even a billiards table for specialists a place to remember by adding a friendly welcome like save the Portuguese to visitors.

We loved staying here. It’s so spacious and clean. The host had great communication with us and was very proactive. We had 2 babies on this trip and the host was super kind and helpful. It’s at a great location - close to restaurants, cafe’s and not far from a surfing beach we went to daily. Recommend to stay 10/10.
