Studio of 20 m2, non-smoking, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the (unheated) swimming pool to share with our family, as well as the large enclosed park, planted with oaks, pines, persimmons, olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable, well-equipped on one level, attached to our house with separate and private entrance. Our village is located on the 2x2 roads, 15 minutes from Mt de Marsan, 25 minutes from Dax, 1 hour from Biarritz and Bayonne, 1.5 hours from Spain and Bordeaux.
