We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The house rules were reasonable, emphasizing respect for the property, which encouraged us to be more mindful during our stay. The property itself was exceptional, offering complete amenities that exceeded our expectations given the price—truly "super sulit." Ate Lovely (caretaker) was incredibly helpful, always accessible, and approachable, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The only minor challenge was the limited availability of Grab services in the area during peak hours. We recommend arranging contact with a local tuk-tuk or driver in advance to facilitate easier transportation. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent amenities, fair pricing, and outstanding host.

Ocean Luxx provided us a home away from home. The house was very clean. The gift basket was really nice and sweet. Loloy was very helpful in assisting us finding rides and anything that we needed. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was great. My family enjoyed the karaoke machine. We also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets by the pool. Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Aither’s place was nice and cozy. He really paid attention to details . Complete kitchen amenities and he had a detailed guidebook for guests to refer to.

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

Merlinda's place is truly such a gem. We were shocked by how squeaky clean each area was, specifically the kitchen and the bathroom. The host and caretakers were all extremely friendly and flexible. The location is very convenient across the port, tourist spots, groceries, etc. Will surely book again once we go back to Bohol and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Merlinda's house.

Super inspired by the interiors of this classic architecture. It looks old but very sturdy. I just wish we have the option to add on if we want to use the A/C in the living room. But overall its homey

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Miss Margaux's home was beatiful. It was a big property where people and pets can run around. The house holds 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds. They have 2 extra foam beds and 1 big floor mat. 2 big bathrooms and 1 powder room. There's a functional kitchen as well with 2 butane stoves and a grill. Access to the beach is a 2-3 minute walk. Overall, the place was safe and well-managed. The property manager and Miss Margaux were responsive to queries :) Thank you for having us!

Had a very good time in Moalboal!! Accomodation is spacious and clean, the location is near the centre but super quiet (make sure you book one of the rooms in the backyard) and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved, but first, it's included and second, there is a superb french coffee place next to it.

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.
