From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

Located in Pula, a small town, a tourist gem in the southwestern part of Sardinia about 30 km from Cagliari, the villa is located in the heart of a 500 hectare estate of lush vegetation. Villa Lux offers a very bright interior space with large windows overlooking the private garden with its 50 sqm swimming pool. Upstairs is the terrace of about 130 square meters.
