This 70 sq meters flat occupies the middle floor of a three-story building and is located about hundred meters from the center. The closest beach is a few minutes driving from the apartment. The village of Cortoghiana is completely surrounded by a pine forest. Therefore, this apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday between sea, nature and historical and natural hikes.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5 minutes away.
