Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!

Complete house on a 7,000m² paradise plot with 9 other independent and private houses for couples. Casa Lótus has a large bedroom, kitchen, spacious and well-lit bathroom with gas showers, and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the ornamental garden. In addition to offering a complete kitchen, with all the necessary equipment, the house has air-conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a gas heater and a hairdryer. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.

In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
