The Duplex Coverage of Mr. Pedro is in a place with an amazing view: Mar&Monti… My family and I spent hours and hours on the Upper Balcony watching the scenery; we were 7 Adults and everyone came back delighted; The accommodations served us very well and are faithful to the listing; Check-in and check-out were flexible; simple and easy; The Condominium employees are attentive and extremely polite; We traveled with 3 cars and it was possible to rent parking spaces for the 2nd and 3rd vehicle, inside the Condominium itself; We thank the Host very much for sharing their property with us. Anyway, our stay was pleasant; we recommend it and intend to return!!

Super nice apartment!!! The heated pool is a plus, since it was a little cold. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a huge square in front, with well-kept grass, making it easy to walk with dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. Gabi sent all the instructions before we entered, and we were greeted with shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap in the bathrooms, and a little treat! I highly recommend the apartment and the host!!

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

Great house, as per photos. Easy access and very beautiful condominium, very polite and helpful employees. Very close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy throughout the stay. The swimming pool wasn't so hot but it didn't hurt our experience that was 10.

Amazing house, it even looks like a guesthouse because of the privacy and quality of the suites. We were greeted by Denise, who in addition to giving us all the support, was also our cook for two days (highly recommended). The house has everything, very complete, with large rooms, all well equipped as well. Full kitchen, two refrigerators, pots and pans, in short, everything designed to provide comfort and safety during the guests' stay. There is room to park 6 cars in front of the house. The house is practically in front of the beach, in a very good location on Pequea beach, very quiet. There's everything nearby, too. We loved it and it was perfect for our stay. Patrick is also a very kind and quiet person, always responsive and with clear instructions. I have nothing to complain about, it's just exactly like the listing! A safe, quiet condominium with lots of nature! Because of this, there are a lot of mosquitoes, but the house has screens on all the windows, you just need to pay attention to keep the doors closed. The condominium is far from markets, bakeries etc ... so you need to do everything by car, for us it was no problem, but I confess that sometimes I was lazy to take the car and spend 15 minutes just to get bread lol Hot showers, all the items in the house were working, garage for two cars and a very large yard, there is a barbecue area, but it has a leak, it was the only thing that was a little annoying. But for sure, if we go back to Caraguatatuba, we'll stay in this house if we have the same number of people. Sleeps 10 people but a little tight! The instructions for entering and exiting the house are great, everything is very simple. We got into traffic and were late to arrive, around 1 a.m. and everything worked out! I looooved it

The beach is indescribable, crystal clear water, white sand and incredible peace, there is no infrastructure so you have to take everything you need, but I like the tranquility so I found it perfect!
