The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Our Christmas was perfect, Mr. José's apartment is wonderful, everything is clean and well organized, even with rainy days we enjoyed it very much, especially the heated pool, which is a separate differential. The nearby beaches are wonderful. We loved everything and when we can, we'll be back

Paula's apartment is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are made of a thin, lightweight fabric, so the rooms with access to the balcony are very bright at dawn. The location is excellent for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside of high season, access to the beaches is also very easy. I really enjoyed it, I'd stay again.

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Although we were unlucky to get a lot of rain in the city, what comforted us was that we felt welcomed and very comfortable inside the apartment, which had all the items described, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen. Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. Hostel: She responded immediately, clarified all questions before me.

Very complete house, with lots of utensils and appliances, all new and well maintained. It accommodated 4 adults and a baby very comfortably. Large barbecue area, with shower. Everything as advertised and the host was very attentive. You have to climb a few flights of stairs in the condominium to access the house, but nothing that prevented a great experience.
