Built with love, stone by stone, by the owner couple who at the time came to enjoy, to have fun, to rest and to energize themselves.

Our shared property suite is very comfortable and well equipped. It has a kitchen, TV with Chromecast, fan, air-conditioning, closet, bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It has a private balcony with a hammock, table and sofa. On the property, there is a shared shower, deck, laundry, garden and Luau space. We are 800 meters from Lagoinha Beach and 300 meters from the ruins and waterfalls. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets nearby.

The house is integrated in the forest, in the treetop, overlooking the sea, inside the condominium, in the hill of the right corner of Praia do Félix, in the most beautiful and preserved part of the Municipality of Ubatuba. Here you wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic forest and waves. There are 3 suites, hammocks, sofas, TV with DVD, fast internet and barbecue. This is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, with all the tranquility in the world.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office.
