Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

By The Sea: Waterfront! Million Dollar View!

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach it is great to have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. Start up some s’mores in the fire pit. Fishermen bring your boats! Plenty of private parking in driveway.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
