Simple only in terms of name. Great value in terms of location, comfort, views and tasteful decoration. We highly recommend the Simple House and will stay there again next time we are in Uchisar.

We had an amazing stay at Göksel's place in Cappadocia! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main attractions. Göksel was incredibly friendly and responsive, always willing to lend a helping hand. One of the highlights of our trip was the hot air balloon ride, and Göksel was instrumental in making it happen. They provided valuable guidance and support, which was especially helpful since navigating the balloon ride process can be tricky in Cappadocia. But that's not all - Göksel also went above and beyond to help us find a babysitter, which was a huge relief for us as parents. It's clear that they know what they're doing when it comes to catering to tourists, and their expertise made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Göksel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Cappadocia. Thanks again for your hospitality and support - we'll definitely be back!

Great place. Easy to find, everything was clean, amazing view out the window, nice patio to meet the local cats. Would love to come back!

Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic hosts. We felt like at home. The hosts always kept in touch (they are living above the apartament), asked if anything else was needed. We communicated via Google Translate, which was absolutely no problem. The hosts helped on the road and sent geolocation. The hosts helped also with the entertainment: they helped organize the air balloon flight, told us what to see in the area. They also treated us with delicious home-cooked food - and we were able to "try" Turkey from its different sides. The apartment itself is large and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, 2 wc and 2 shower places, large kitchen. It has its own entrance. In warm weather, you can set up a table and eat on the balcony. You can park your car next to the house. There is a small grocery store 200 meters from the house. But the greatest joy was truly the care of the owners, where for a moment we became part of their family. Thank you ❤️

Photos are accurate but when you see it with your eyes - it is amazing and unusual. Clever planned space, warm and cozy. Good location: many showplaces are near. Restaurants, groceries (and tekels) in 5 minutes walking. Great place.

This was for sure one of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever made. The place is very spacious and incredibly clean. The hosts welcomed us warmly and made us feel like home from the very beginning. Also communicating worked very good. I can only recommend staying at Hacers place!

Fuimos un grupo de 4 y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Teníamos coche por lo que movernos a Göreme, al área de los globos y a los valles era relativamente fácil y nos quedaba todo relativamente cerca. El pueblo de Ürgüp también es buena zona, con muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El alojamiento era como en las fotos, la limpieza implecable y la verdad que perfecto para 4 personas con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Por último, Bülent es muy amable, nos recibió y nos explicó todo lo necesario al apartamento y estaba atento en todo momento y respondía mis mensajes muy rápido. Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Bülent y volvería sin dudarlo.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement neuf et bien équipé. La ville de Goreme et ses cheminées de fée se trouve à 10 min en voiture. L'hote est trés sympathique et réactive.

très beau logement, très lumineux, spacieux. attention nous étions 6, 2 personnes devaient dormir sur un matelas dans le salon mais c'est pas très grave. avec les instructions le logement a été facile à trouver mais il a fallu attendre que quelqu'un vienne. sans internet, ces minutes ont été longues

Very big house in a quiet zone, near Göreme centre. A lot of restaurants near. Supermarkets and bakery store very near. The house is very clean. Internet very fast. Osman is very good person and helped us with everything. Thank you very much!

Inizio dicendo che l’alloggio è in pianto centro a distanza a piedi da qualsiasi cosa, alloggio molto pulito, estremamente spazioso, ben tenuto e perfetto per coppie di amici o coppie con figli. Ilian è una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e premuroso. Quando tornerò a Goreme sicuramente tornerò qui!!

Serdar bey güler yüzlü, anlayışlı, iletişime açık biriydi. Ev herşeyiyle kusursuz ve tertemizdi, konum olarak gezilebilecek tarihi yerlere araç ile çok yakındı kısıtlı zamanımız olduğu için evin konumu bize zaman kazandırdı. Huzurlu sakin bir muhitte olduğu için de dinlenme şansımız oldu. Serdar bey'e tertemiz,huzurlu bir konaklama sunduğu için teşekkür ederim tekrar geldiğim de düşünmeden konaklayacağım bir yer.

The accommodation was very well located and easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the main city center stop. It's not in the most modern of buildings but fully matches the description and defies all competition in value for money! I'd recommend this accommodation if you're spending a few days in Kayseri - it's an ideal base from which to explore the city.

Una experiencia increíble en Hasan Cave House 3. La amabilidad y predisposición del personal hacen sentir como en casa. El alojamiento, ambientado como una auténtica cueva, es acogedor y único. Además, su ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la zona comercial de Göreme. ¡Muy recomendable!

Die Wohnung bietet ein sehr faires Preis Leistungsverhältnis im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Ausstattung und Räume sind älter, aber trotzdem sauber. Die Kommunikation und Unterstützung von Khan war hervorragend!

Hasan let us leave our bags in a secure location early as our bus arrived at 6am and check in was 3pm. The house is gated and you are given a key for the front gate and your room, extra secure. The room was perfect temperature all day and night due to central heating - no need for heater or fan. The bathroom was perfect and the shower had excellent water flow and hot temperature! Hasan was very accomodating and also let us leave bags after we had checked out. He also priced his accommodation reasonably as most places in Goreme are too expensive. Please note there is a Mosque nearby and there are regular calls to prayer, the latest of which is about 9pm and the earliest of which is 4:30am, which may wake you if you are a light sleeper, but this did not affect our sleep. We were very lucky to stay with a local host that most people in Goreme seemed to know, which made us feel part of the community. I would recommend staying here.
