Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine Erkundung der Insel. Von dort erreicht man mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit alle Teile der Insel. Das Appartment selbst ist perfekt für Pärchen, nett und gemütlich eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Das Bad ist super modern.

l appartamento di Paola è ideale per una coppia. è ben curato e accogliente. la posizione è riservata ma comunque Capoliveri è raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti. vista tramonto sul mare. nell appartamento è presente tutto il necessario per la cucina. all esterno disponibile lavatrice.

We were able check in early right when we got of the ferry. Marilla is friendly and available. Our dog was welcome - always a plus. San Giovanni is a very nice, quiet and relaxed suburb right on the sea with views to Porto Ferraio and a good location to explore the rest of this beautiful island.We really enjoyed our stay and the friendly neighbourhood.

L'alloggio è in una posizione eccellente con una vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è spazioso e completamente attrezzato, con un esterno ben curato e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è comodo. La zona mare è facilmente raggiungibile e molto bella, e la piscina di sale è fantastica. Settembre è un mese poco affollato, quindi è più facile usufruire degli spazi comuni. Il bar, forse per il periodo, è poco fornito (niente aperitivi analcolici, niente servizio), ma la posizione e la tranquillità ripagano. Giocoforza, la vicinanza di Porto Azzurro, dove si mangia bene 🍝 e si possono fare belle passeggiate 🚶‍♂️ in un centro molto vivo. La portineria aggiunge sicurezza 👮‍♂️ e rende il soggiorno sereno.

+++ Wir (4 Personen und 2 Hunde) haben uns bei Giada 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Von ihrem Vater wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Parken war auf dem "Piazza" oder auf dem Privatparkplatz um die Ecke möglich. Der Minimarkt ist auch direkt auf dem "Piazza" (Brötchen und andere Kleinigkeiten). Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze und ist uneinsehbar durch Orleandersträuche, einem Feigenbaum und Weinreben eingefasst. Das Haus war sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet (z. B. Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichmaker). Die Aussendusche hatte einen kräftigen Wasserstrahl und einen grandiosen Ausblick in die Bucht. Diesen Blick hat man von der gesamten Terrasse und auch vom Balkon aus. - Leider gab es zu unserer Zeit viele Mücken. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt (aber 2 Ventilatoren), haben wir bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Die Fenster sind leider nicht mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, so dass es einige unruhige Nächte gab.

My partner and I had a great time at Matteo's and Serena's place. It's very clean and well decorated, and peaceful. It's surrounded by beautiful olive groves and fruit trees. Both Matteo and Serena (and Matteo's parents) were super nice and hospitable. We bought an olive oil bottle from Matteo and it was delicious. We explored the beautiful Baratti Bay beach (highly recommend) and the Marco Archeologigo in the town of Populonia. Great seafood restaurants too. Highly recommend visiting Castillo di Populonia. Fantastic views of the bay from the trails.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement est très joliment agencé et la terrasse très appréciable avec vue sur la mer pour déjeuner et dîner après la plage ou visite des villages à proximité. Le quartier est calme. Les commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied, plages sauvages et eau cristalline. Bref, on recommande vivement !

Schöne und ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto 5 min bis zu den umliegenden Stränden. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Man kann das Meer vom Haus und aus dem Garten sehen und hören. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Trascorrere qualche giorno a casa di Alberta a Colle d’Orano ci ha fatto rinascere. Un vero balsamo per l’anima. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Lo spazio è estremamente confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. Nonostante fosse fine febbraio non abbiamo patito il freddo grazie al riscaldamento climatizzato e una deliziosa stufa a legna (che ci ha fatto sentire ancora di più a casa!). Zona davvero super tranquilla e silenziosa, con una vista strepitosa. Siamo stati accolti deliziosamente dai signori Roberto e Assunta che sono stati molto generosi e gentili nel fornirci ogni aiuto e indicazione di cui avessimo bisogno. Inoltre abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due cagnoni che sono stati benissimo e sono stati anch’essi accolti con grande gentilezza.

Una villetta bifamiliare, una casa meravigliosa con vista su Marina di Campo e il mare. Siamo stati divinamente e spero di ritrovarla un futuro anno che torno all'Elba. Ringrazio Giuseppe e Irina per la gentilezza. E anche i vicini sono stati pazienti e cordiali le volte che abbiamo fatto un po' più baccano del dovuto. Alla prossima!

Appartamento nuovo, fresco e confortevole. La veranda molto carina e utile, appartamento fornito. Unica pecca forse la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi (barbarossA) non e' troppo utilizzabile per bambini piccoli (sassi e profonda quasi subito, quando siamo stati noi molte meduse anche dentro la rete) pero a pochi minuti di macchina se ne trovano di ottime. Per il resto tutto perfetto, una bellissima settimana. Betty molto supportiva e sempre disponibile.
