Beach house vacation rentals in Capo Vaticano

This place is hard to put in words. Wonderful views of the sea&stromboli. The sunsets were an absolute dream. The large garden, the tranquility and the private beach are other highlights. We have rarely been able to enjoy such a great place to stay. We definitely want to come back. A find, top recommendation.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

We had a great time in this villa, unfortunately only for a very short stay. The house is very welcoming, clean, furnished with new furniture and equipped with everything. Mrs. Antonella was very kind and helpful. We hope to be able to go back!!!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Andrea's house is beautifully located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, Stromboli on the horizon and a sunset every evening. The furnishings are simple, as is often the case in Italy, but clean and tidy. The surroundings are already very quiet in October, every now and then a cat sneaks by, you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy the holidays. The house has a garage parking space, just a few steps away. A bar and a few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Pippo, Andrea's father, takes care of all local matters very lovingly, be it a question about the surroundings, where you can get something, something doesn't work or just a chat about the weather. He is always available and happy to help. Highly recommended.

Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Thank you Francesco. It will be a pleasure to be your guests again.

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. House in a perfect location to visit the surrounding area Tropea, Parghelia, Ricadi... And then close to beautiful beaches within walking distance in 10-15 minutes. Ms. Rosy onsite was helpful and very kind, communication with Alex was perfect. Unfortunately, considering the heat, the upstairs terrace was not very usable and access is not very comfortable given the internal stairs. Everything corresponds to what is described, convenient to have a service per floor. We had a good time!

The perfect place for us in Pizzo. we absolutely loved it and we will certainly be back.

Very nice house 4 minutes by car to one of Italy's most beautiful beaches and 15 minutes to nice Tropea village. The house is also just steps away from a wonderful view to the sea. The house fits well with the description and the garden is the heart of the house, there I and my friends spent me and my friends, 8 people in total, many nice hours together. Recommended. We had an unfortunate bit of a problem with the electricity and AC the first day, but the owners were quick and helped us .

The apartment in Tropea is ideally located for visiting the historic center and easily reaching all the main attractions of the city. It is a simple accommodation, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning works very well, making the environment comfortable even on the hottest days. Although the apartment is on the main road, inside you don't hear much noise, allowing you to sleep peacefully thanks to good sound insulation. The exact location was not clear from the listing and this initially caught me off guard, but in the end I was satisfied with the tranquility found. A really positive aspect is the host, who was very nice and helpful: she provided us with valuable information on all the main tourist attractions, the best restaurants, bars and small local activities. I recommend this apartment to those looking for comfortable accommodations with great hospitality.

Incredibly nice hosts. Her sister even picked us up from the train station! Very walkable with lots nearby. The only complaint is that the water heater is *tiny*, so be prepared for either very fast or cold showers. Wifi was good and they even moved the router for us. Would recommend for short stays
