Great stay, perfect functional and clean house in a great location, peaceful and peaceful. Large convivial spaces both outdoors and indoors and useful and private parking. Possibility of a barbecue that works great. Andrea is punctual, kind and thoughtful. Overall a very good experience.

We enjoyed our vacation on the fantastic island of Elba. The place with garden could not have been better for us and the two dogs. The view of the sea between the pine trees is another plus. The place is fully compliant with what was promised. The communication with Arianna and Alessandra was absolutely straightforward. We'd book back in a moment!

Gorgeous place, warm and generous host - this is a unique experience where everything feels good, with eye for detail and comfort. Nice daytrips (Petra Winery and villages, coast) to be mixed with relaxing and enjoying the view. Very grateful for the three days, the kindness, dog Pepe, the fab handpicked wild flower bouquets and nice conversations. Going up and down the mountain is an experience too and so worth it!!!! Big thank you Susanna, also for the drives and the car! Would love to come back & we recommend this big and comfi appartement for 2-3 day stay or longer!

Like at home. We were greeted with unique human warmth. The apartment is new, large spaces well divided for each room are large, well-divided spaces. Tastefully furnished, extra clean and tidy. Scented sheets. Possibility of green open space, the presence of very sweet animals and total cuddles!!! The hosts are attentive, present, proactive, and able to make you feel welcome. Good directions to the surroundings and extreme kindness. A small gift of very appreciated products. Apartment in an area very close to Cala Violina and with a car for a moment to other points of interest to visit. Always easily reached by supermarket car for any needs. Apartment with all the comforts. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Apartment very well cared for in every detail, consistent and corresponding to the photos. The atmosphere created by the choice of the colors of the furniture and in particular of the green forest for walls and cuisine make the environment very warm and welcoming, with the taste of Mediterranean scrub, perhaps it loses a little in brightness but is still pleasant. We have found attention to detail and kindness from the Host from check-in. Convenient location as it is close to the center of Marina di Campo, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes , the apartment is located in a two-story house with a garden around it, which makes it definitely quieter than more internal solutions to the streets of shops/clubs. Appreciated. The only thing I might have preferred is to have a small sofa in the living area, which instead consists only of the kitchen, otherwise everything is really nice and perfect.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.
