Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

The room has all amenities, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchen, small fridge, coffee table, two chairs and everything you need to make breakfast. Available to guests is WiFi, garden with its furnishings including the swimming pool. Sheets and towels included.
