House vacation rentals in Capo Comino

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed at stay at Italo’s AirBnB, the apartment was pristine and includes absolutely everything you would need. Italo is a great host and has some brilliant recommendations - we really enjoyed our trip to a local beach that Italo recommended! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to book. Great stay!

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

We loved Luca's place! Everything was clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the location with the view was unique 😍 We would come back any time. The special highlight is the two Dobby and Charlie, whom we have very much in our hearts.

This villa was such a find! Even nicer than the photos, in a lovely quiet spot but very accessible. Less than 10 minutes drive to characterful San Teodoro and several idyllic beaches, with amazing views of mountains or sea in every direction. Even at the end of April it was warm and sunny enough to swim in the pool/sea (for a Brit anyway!) and not at all busy on the beaches. The house was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and two good-sized modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the pool, which was really well maintained. Luca was a great host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Thank you so much. Sardinia is beautiful - we don’t normally stay anywhere more than once but might be tempted back here!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Cozy cottage at the top of the mountain with a fantastic sea view. Very friendly welcome by Antonello with a breakfast basket and drinks. Even in the off-season and when it is uncomfortable outside, it is very cozy because of the underfloor heating (and you do not have to heat with the air conditioning, as elsewhere!). Highly recommended :)

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

This was a perfect rustic guest house in a gorgeous valley. The host was helpful and gracious.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

That was a lovely stay. The cottage is charming, in a beautiful neighborhood. Boulders and old trees around the house. The square around the house is well-maintained. The apartment has everything, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker. Two kitties wore us every day. Thanks for everything, we'll be recommending. Monika, Tomek and Marcin from Poland.

Virginia is an extremely helpful and friendly host! The vacation home is 100% as described in the photos and texts. It is very central, not quiet but not so that it bothered us. The roof terrace is great, we will miss it! Mega ice cream parlor, I claim the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Delicious pizzeria 1 minute walking distance, as well as a small supermarket next door. Great wine bar also 1 minute walk. Small bakery, pharmacy, cheese shop and also a butcher as well as 2…3.. other shops in the village and within walking distance. Baunei is great. The vacation home is great. The vacation was a pleasure. Beach, hiking, people, land, sea… Highly recommended! All the best to you Virginia and also to Angela 😀 and all the helpers 😉

Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Definitely recommend. You feel right at home and the property is big and really fantastic. The view, especially from the rooftop terrace, is the same. In the kitchen there is everything and the beds are comfortable.

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

Perfect for our group of 9 , we could walk to the beach, and there were fabulous restaurants a short drive away. With 2 large terraces plus a rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time outside. The laundry room and 4 th bathroom (3/4) were really handy.

We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future.
