Vacation rentals with a patio in Capo Coda Cavallo

Wir waren für 12 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer haben wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Auch der Garten war für die Jungs super zum spielen.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Anna und ihr Mann haben uns von Anfang an sehr herzlich empfangen und standen während unseres Aufenthaltes für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können (noch) kein Italienisch, aber per Mail kein Problem. Sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht die beiden! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Sauber, gute Küchenausstattung und Badzubehör. Besonders toll waren die Strandstühle&Schirm für den Strand. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Busstationen und Hauptstraße mit Shopping und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen, inklusive bestes Frühstückscafe „Tiramisu“, leckerer Pizzabuden „Juma“ und Robertos „Pizzeria Voglia di Pizza“. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit- danke Anna! #beatravelernotatourist ❤️

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

L'alloggio è curato nel minimo dettaglio, a partire dalla pulizia ai comfort offerti (cucina e bagno super attrezzati). L'appartamento è collocato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in auto diverse spiagge. Top la vista del terrazzo sul mare. Peccato per il traffico nella strada sottostante. Graziella è un host super disponibile e reattiva in caso di necessità.

Beautiful location and views. Spotlessly clean property with modern bathrooms a spacious kitchen/living area and plenty of choice of outdoor spaces to sit. Mirella was great with her communication.

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

La estancia contaba con todas las amenidades mencionadas en el anuncio. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de la solicitada! Era el espacio que necesitábamos!

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. The apartment was excellent – very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. There were lovely surprises for us and even special treats for the children – a truly heartwarming gesture! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Martina. L’appartement est cosy et dispose de tout pour cuisiner et se sentir à la maison et biensur la vue est magnifique! Nous avons apprécié trouvé de l’eau en arrivant sachant que nous sommes arrivés tard. Martina est très réactive et donne de bon conseil concernant les plages et restaurants. Nous reviendrons! Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Olbia ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter-Familie war super herzlich. Wir bekamen Obst und Gebäck geschenkt, Holzkohle für den Grill war vorhanden. Es gab ein den Bädern nicht nur Klopapier, es war sogar Zahnpasta vorhanden. Wenn man ein Auto hat ist diese Unterkunft eine klare Empfehlung.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Logement agréable sur 2 niveaux. Environnement très calme à cette période de l'année et terrasse agréable. Possibilité de se déplacer avec les bus locaux. Hôte très réactive et disponible. Emplacement accessible à pied de l'aéroport pour des marcheurs corrects, port de plaisance à deux pas, centre commercial à proximité avec possibilité de restauration.

This place far exceeded expectations. Nicer than the photos. The new renovations are beautifully done and the house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, everything for kids etc). The area is also beautiful: incredible view, easy access to the private beach, and short drive to Porto Cervo and incredible beaches. Giulia was awesome. Very responsive, gave good local tips, and even messaged us to give beach recommendations based on how the wind was blowing so we’d have the calmest waters for our kids. 10/10 would stay again.

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!
