You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Pleasure Point is also close to 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary, Privates beach, Verve Coffee, Bike Paths and restaurants. The host are available for any questions or issues. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected.
