Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Danke für die wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Aufteilung. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche im Haupthaus ist gut für mehrere Personen ausgestattet. Im Nebengebäude ist auch ein Bad und eine kleine Küche vorhanden. Für die Kinder sind Spielsachen/Kiste vorhanden. Bei Sauberkeit habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich dreckig war. Innen makellos. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Unsere Fragen haben wir immer sofort beantwortet bekommen. Es wurde am nächsten ein Techniker vorbeigeschickt, da bei der Außenbeleuchtung was nicht funktionierte. Den Ort selber finden wir eher heruntergekommen und verlassen. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Fischladen vorhanden. Diese haben aber sehr spezielle Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant nebenan ist so lala. An den beiden fußläufigen Stränden (ca. 10 Minuten) waren die Strandbars noch geschlossen. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass wir vor Saisonbeginn da waren.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

la casa di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed è molto vicina ( 5 minuti a piedi ) dalla spiaggia del Poetto e dalla fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro a Cagliari , la casa è comoda e confortevole , provvista di tutto e con uno splendido giardino con tavolo esterno dove è possibile mangiare , da non tralasciare che Stefano ha due cani meravigliosi che starebbero in una zona separata , ma noi abbiamo chiesto di lasciarli liberi di venire anche nella zona dell'appartamento ed è stato divertentissimo interagire e giocare con loro . Mi sento di consigliare la casa di Stefano per una vacanza di mare in quanto davvero vicina alla spiaggia , dove ci sono chioschi che funzionano come bar e ristoranti in cui è molto bello mangiare o bere un drink al tramonto

Knus en schoon huisje van alle gemakken voorzien met prachtige tuin. Dichtbij mooie rustige stranden. Supermarkt en restaurantjes op 20 minuten rijden.

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. Nur 2 min zu Fuß zu einem der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Die Terrasse ist perfekt um dem Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Ein paar gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Host gentilissima, casa impeccabile (addirittura phon con diffusore, un’attenzione non banale). Super apprezzato il kit mare, utile per visitare le spiagge più belle in autonomia.

Very friendly and comfortable apartment. Great views from the terrace. Anna was so helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend staying here.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Ein sehr grosses tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Das allerbeste war der wunderbar grosse Pool. Die Zimmer sind gross und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Federico war stets gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check in verlief sehr einfach und angenehm und sogar in deutscher Sprache. Der Check out war sehr flexibel, da nach uns niemand ins Haus kam,konnten wir sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger im Haus bleiben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele sehr schöne Strände und gute Restaurants. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Apparemment atypique,Simonetta a été très accueillante,nous avons passés 4 nuits au calme et nous recommandons vivement ce logement hors période touristique comme nous venons de le faire .

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
