Vacation rentals with a patio in Capital Department

Highly recommended place... very complete with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay... Jimena treated us with great kindness and generosity... the apartment is super clean... with all the amenities. She recommended many places to visit... thank you very much!!

The accommodation is spacious and clean. Very central. José María was very friendly and responded quickly and was attentive to our requests. The beds are very comfortable. The pillows could be changed. For the number of rooms, the possibility of having two bathrooms is ideal, although the shower in the main bathroom should be modified in the base because it wets the entire floor and splashes all the water. The kitchen works perfectly with both gas burners and oven. The crockery is fine. A microwave and coffee maker would be appreciated to make it fully equipped. Large refrigerator with freezer. Adriana was very kind in welcoming us and sending us information about everything we could do in San Juan. We had a great time, and we really highly recommend the place. It's quiet, you have privacy and in our case we had to work doing home office was a good plan. The surroundings are quiet, but easier to get around if you're driving and not so much if you're walking. Adriana's space was spacious, comfortable, we had everything we needed. I can't be more grateful for the kindness with which Rosa and Fran (mother and father of Maxi, host) welcomed me. From the first moment I arrived at 10PM they waited for me and explained in details absolutely everything about the apartment, offering their help for any needs that arise. Rosa I wonder every day how I was, if I needed anything to make sure my stay in San Juan was the best possible. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need. WiFi works great. I would definitely recommend it and stay in the same place again if I return to San Juan.

Fernando's apartment was wonderful. Perfectly located and comfortable. Great patio and upper deck with nice views of San Juan and the mountains. There is a nice restaurant next door, and easy access to the city center. Fernando is very friendly, responsive and helpful too.
