Ivan was always quick to answer when I messaged him. The place was spacious by our standards, the location was central to the city, we felt safe, and it was very quiet when we returned from our busy days. Also,there is a grocery store a little more than a block away. We arrived during a holiday when stores were closed. We wrote of some things we needed but couldn’t get due to the holidays, and Ivan responded by ordering the things that were delivered to our door. Amazing! He is a great host.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, everything in it is clean and very well located. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with many and varied businesses, bars and confectionaries. The terrace and pool are great to take advantage of the hot days, very clean water and everything cared for. Not to mention Carina!!! Very kind, attentive and willing that nothing is missing and you feel the best. It's a place I would always come back to, I felt it as a great investment.

I spent two wonderful months in this house! The space is very cozy, always clean and well organized, which made my stay extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent — the neighborhood is quiet, perfect for walking, and with easy access to the city center. I definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

The truth is that everything was impeccable, José was always there to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The house is beautiful, very spacious and modern, it has everything you need to be able to relax. The nicest thing for me is the terrace it has, with a very nice wooden deck, pool and grill, it also has some Paraguayan hammocks and a very nice view of the mountains that allow you to spend time relaxing. Arnaldo's place is just perfect, but most importantly his help and constant communication made our stay top-notch. For instance, he allowed us checking-in at 7:30am, fixed an issue with the tv in a few minutes and provided anything necessary for the washing machine. I went with my girlfriend, the apartment has an excellent location, it is new, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Jimena, the host, is a very warm person, she waited for us with fresh water and alfajores Cordobeses. Would come back, excellent service.
