Sherwood's property was lovely and clean, we really enjoyed our time there with our little pup. The location was close to the dog beach and made exploring the coast easy while driving around. Would definitely stay again, and recommend Sherwood's place to others. Thanks again for having us!

A comfortable home perfect for families with kids as there was a high chair, kids cutleries, games and a trampoline that kept them busy for hours. The backyard was beautiful and equipped with a fire pit, pizza oven and a bbq facilities. Communication was excellent and fast, beds were comfortable, and location was central.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t speak any more highly of it. I stayed here for my wedding weekend, the getting ready photos were absolutely gorgeous. The black finish outside and greenery backyard made the perfect shot. My partner and I stayed for the remainder of the weekend and he was blown away with the house itself. Super close to all the destinations we needed for the weekend. Had the perfect space we were after and Bronwyn is incredibly clear and responsive in her messages.

An outdoor kitchen area features wooden cabinetry and ample counter space. A barbecue grill is positioned beneath a sleek metal hood. A high wooden table with four chairs is provided for dining, set against a backdrop of greenery that enhances privacy.

Stay By The Bay was the perfect accommodation for my guests and I during our 8 night stay in the summer time with a great location. The house has great amenities, with spacious areas indoors and outdoors that are suitable for a large group of friends and families. The pool and heated spa were a great addition to keep us all entertained as we had a lot of fun and were able to relax with the nice and warm summer weather. Includes a lot of parking space outside in the driveway and the house location is only a short drive to the main joint of Rye. The host was responsive and very kind for allowing our little Jack Russell to come down with my parents for one of the days. The host wrote a welcoming card along with a couple of wines and chocolates which was a very generous touch. We had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a lovely place to stay in Rye with a group. Would definitely rebook this accommodation again! Thank you

Beautiful place! Comfortable beds - really, really(!) comfortable beds. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Loved the cooling system in each room, shower pressure was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious, and really liked the dimming lights- so chill and relaxing at night! I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to staying again! Thanks Claire for being a wonderful host.

FAVOURITE HOME! The photos just don’t do it justice. We had a memorable Easter stay at this beautiful house. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfectly clean with lovely homey touches. Lots of room both indoors and out for 4 adults and 4 very active children! Perfectly located so peaceful and so many activities and places accessible from here. Maria was so helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing
