Great place for a weekend away.

Such a lovely little house, which we felt very at home and comfortable in for a weekend away with family and a little one staying as well. Everything was clean and well cared for, and Jose was great — the perfect mix of sending a message to ensure we knew we could contact him, but not intrusive. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the property to others. Thank you Jose!

Cathy has a lovely, cosy place and the house is in a great location, with three very lovely bedrooms.

Beautiful place! Comfortable beds - really, really(!) comfortable beds. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Loved the cooling system in each room, shower pressure was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious, and really liked the dimming lights- so chill and relaxing at night! I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to staying again! Thanks Claire for being a wonderful host.

Absolutely beautiful property, very responsive hosts. Exactly as pictured and described if not slightly undersold for how beautiful this place really is. Very quiet location, so quiet could hear the waves of the ocean crashing of a night time from the amazing outdoor heated pool. Will definitely be back.

FAVOURITE HOME! The photos just don’t do it justice. We had a memorable Easter stay at this beautiful house. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfectly clean with lovely homey touches. Lots of room both indoors and out for 4 adults and 4 very active children! Perfectly located so peaceful and so many activities and places accessible from here. Maria was so helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

We loved our stay at Roslyn’s. It totally lived up to expectations. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. We would definitely come back!

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing

Our kids loved seeing your super friendly dogs and even chose their "favourite dog". Thank you for the little extras you provided such as snacks, toys, books, beach towels. We had such an enjoyable trip and would love to stay at your Villa again!
