Amazing host who helps you to feel right at home. Gisela is friendly, helpful and considerate. One of my favourite AirBnBs that I've stayed at over the years.

Excellent accommodation for 4 in a perfect location for walking to Franschoek main St. All very clean and plenty of kitchen equipment and crockery. The property is tucked behind the owners' house on Van Wuk St and isn't obvious. It is up a drive behind two wrought iron gates. A sign on the gates saying Jonquil Cottage would have helped no end.

we had a wonderful, restful stay in beautiful surroundings. The space is as per the photographs with everything you will require. Natalie is a kind and caring host and we aim to return as soon as we can!

Wonderful stay with a perfect host. We stayed as a family of 3 and loved our visit. We will come back to SA one day and would love to stay here again.

Great rustic farm stay outside of Swellendam. Safe to explore the area and the wood fired hot tub was a perfect addition. We loved exploring the farm and spotting all of the animals, especially the giraffe! Comms from the host could have been better though as we had some difficulty finding the farm for check-in without any directions.

What a perfect location for our young family. The room was comfortable and clean, the on-site restaurant had tasty meals, and the staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Activities right on our doorstop included walks around the farm, swim in the pool, play on jungle gyms, row a boat on the dam, and visit the crocodile centre. I also highly recommend a visit to the neighbouring Babylonstoren farm.

We had the most wonderful stay at Eenuurkop and at Dewet se Huisie. So peaceful... a haven from the rest of the world. Exquisite scenery! The cottages were really well equipped and stylishly decorated. Lovely outdoor area too. Tersia is a warm, welcoming host and is always on hand if you need help. Thank you

Chantelle is an excellent host and answers messages promptly. She allowed a late checkout and dealt with any problems that came up during the stay. The accommodation is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay with our dogs. Pat, our host, was simply amazing! We were nervous about leaving our dogs alone at times, and she was so kind to treat them as though they were her own. The kitchen is also extremely well stocked with everything you need. We had such a homely-feeling stay. I can’t fault our stay in any way. Thank you Pat, we will be back :)

We spent two nights only but enjoyed our time very much. It was spacious enough for the two of us, super cozy and comfy, everything available to prepare a simple dinner, wifi to get some work done, hot shower after a hike (or pool to cool down) and lovely garden and patio to relax with a glass of wine. Safe car parking included, fan was provided,… we were more than satisfied.

What a great spot but the real jewel is the hostess, Anabela. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting, private with no interference, great coffee and welcoming pack and well equipped kitchen and bathroom- i definitely will return.

Wir haben die Tage in Karl‘s Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die Lage ist atemberaubend mit dieser Aussicht und es ist eine sehr ruhige und sichere Gegend. Supermarkt gibt es 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In der nähe hat es auch tolle Restaurants und Weingüter. Der Strand Beach ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir wären liebend gerne länger geblieben. Karl ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Gastgeber und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Kapstadt kommen, kommen wir wieder hierher. :)

Well managed little cottage in a beautiful garden, with all creature comforts. Looks just like advertised, and is kept very clean.

Fionas Place is amazing. Everything you need is there, the pool is lovely warm and the garden beautiful. Fiona is a perfect hosts and was there at any time. We would definitely stay there again.

Hannelie en Deon zijn hele lieve mensen die het hun gasten erg naar hun zin willen maken. Ze hebben een fijne accommodatie, rustig gelegen. Ze hadden allerlei nuttige tips voor ons wat betreft uitstapjes. En we hebben heel erg genoten van hun gezelschap! Dankzij hun hebben we kunnen genieten van onze eerste Afrikaanse Braai tijdens een gezellig samenzijn.

Dit is een prachtig verblijf voor 3 personen, in een mooie tuin met eigen toegang. Het huis ligt in een villawijk met bewaakte slagboom bij de hoofdweg. Praktische ruimte met alles wat je nodig hebt en fijn tuinzitje en ligbedden. Vanaf hier snelle toegang naar winkels, kust, vliegveld en binnenland.

We had a lovely stay at Cates guest cottage in the grounds of her house. It's just around the corner from the main street and all it offers so a great location. Carien who was there to help settle us in was lovely and made us feel right at home from the off.

This is a beautiful home, superbly located and Jack is a magnificent host. The facilities are absolutely 1st class.
