Vacation rentals with a sauna in Cape Winelands District Municipality

Location, location, location! :) The place is exactly what the pictures promise. The neighbourhood is safe; relatively not too busy; and has a variety of amenities (restaurants, spa, etc.). The beach is right in front of the building (beautiful views from the private balcony and bedroom, fresh air and ease of access). The host and her staff are very hospitable and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the place was well situated, clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to visiting you again soon.

We indeed had a lovely stay. The views are amazing from throughout the apartment. The apartment is situated in a convenient location super close to the beach and there are restaurants and some supermarkets close by. Everything one might need for an awesome vacation stay!

We absolutely loved our stay with Amelia, we booked for 2 nights as we'd booked to do the Wine Tram, which I highly recommend for anyone visiting. The Room we booked had then most beautiful views of the mountains from the private garden, and a lovely areas to lounge or eat Alfresco we even had a visitor in the form of a little Gecko. We absolutely loved the Sauna but unfortunately we got back too late to make use of the pool as it had cooled down alot weatherwise. The bed was very big, and comfortable. We come to South Africa Annually and we will definitely be booking to stay again, for a bit longer next time as the place was Wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay Amelia ❤️

Amelia’s place was absolutely outstanding. Our room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable. Towels and linen were so soft and the outside area was perfect too. The whole place was superb and we would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay here. We will definitely stay here when we return next year. Amelia was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Hua is an amazing host who responds quickly and clearly . Her place has an amazing view - prepare yourself for epic sunsets and long morning beach walks . The apartment has all you need and the restaurants down stairs and in the area are quite nice . A good experience all round !

A lovely place to stay. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and the details (bath, towels, hairdryer, seats for in the garden, sauna) are excellent. We would love to come back to this place and would highly recommend it to others!

Everything written in the previous reviews is true. We spent 5 nights at C'est la Vie #1 and loved every minute of our stay. Amelia is a great host and will respond within a few minutes to answer all your questions. She will do her best to accommodate al requests. We had nice evenings outside on our terrace with fantastic views over the mountains. Comfy bed and great rain shower in the bathroom. We also liked the open plan layout. Also spent some time in the sauna. Unfortunately the weather was too cold and rainy to use the pool. We walked to the main street, very safe neighbourhood and a 12 minute walk. There is a lot to do in and around Franschhoek. The only thing that I would recommend if you want to sit outside in the afternoon is to book #4, 5 or 6. You will enjoy the sunset longer. We had a great time at Amelia's and would gladly stay there again.

This was a truly fantastic home and stay - so beautifully designed and very functional as a home away from home - the house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. Communication was easy and very helpful with the host. Drinks in the garden were memorable. Thank you, Julia, for everything.

We had the best time at Sweet Water! The grounds were stunning, our little house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more. Katja and Uli went over and above for us and ensured that we could get the best out of our experience! This place is perfect if you’re looking to getaway from the city and just unwind. What an amazing home! We loved our stay in Abigail’s place. It is beautifully curated and decorated and we enjoyed the retro hifi, great kitchen, cosy fireplace and outside spaces such as pool and sauna. Would recommend for groups of friends or special occasions but worked amazing for a small family of three perfectly too :) We will come back

We absolutely loved Mira’s house and garden. The sauna was also a great surprise which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

Many thanks to Katja and Uli for a great stay. The unit was superb, with great welcoming touches. The furnishings and equipment was great with everything needed. Their recommendations for places to visit were spot on. As we only traveled from Blouberg, Katj was happy for us to drop off a few items before the official checkin which gave us opportunity to explore the area during the afternoon. Great base to explore Wellington, Paarl, Stellenbosch and surrounds. Thanks Katja
