House vacation rentals in Cape Paterson

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

The most incredible property I’ve ever stayed in. Celebrating my 40th with my best friends will be my most memorable birthday. The house was just stunning, so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great facilities with everything we needed. Spa maintained a perfect temperature all weekend. The master suite was so luxurious with the inclusion of the bathroom spa. Comfortable beds with the best linen. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay, the views are stunning anytime of the day. We loved the pool/spa and billiard table. The house is very comfortably furnished, has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean. Debbie is very quick to respond with any queries.

What a wonderful place! Our family was very comfortable. The place was spotless. Although we didn’t meet Samantha, she communicated with us very well and was very prompt replying to our messages. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Paddock. The property is beautifully secluded, offering a true private escape. Waking up to panoramic views—ocean on one side, farmland on the other—was magical. The views were especially wonderful during sunrise and sunset. The ever-changing weather made the outlook even more captivating. Morning walks to the local café and beach became our favorite ritual, and honestly, we didn’t feel the need to explore beyond the property—just being there was enough. Whether it was sunshine or rain, the place had a calming, immersive charm. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The host has stocked the place really thoughtfully and had everything we would need and more. We took our dog with us and they had furnished the place with a dog bed and bowls as well which was great. The location was awesome for me - a bit further away from the bustle of Inverloch and close to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here

The home is beautiful and well set out. The estate is so quiet and filled with amazing animals and sights. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe add 2 more heaters for each of the rooms as the one heater that they do have works so well and makes the room very cozy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Taylers house is a lovely place to stay in Cape Paterson. Great set up if you have a family or small children, with bunks and lots of toys and a big back garden to play in. 15 mins walk to the local shops and beach, and perfectly quiet to relax in this sleepy town. Tayler was a great host.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean and had everything we needed — from kitchenware and towels to board games for a fun night in. The space was surprisingly big and felt really comfortable throughout our trip. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have a great experience. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Like staying with family who take pride in hosting a very clean home with all the amenities. Julie and Neil’s was super clean yet had so much charm with its coastal theme! A great location to base yourself and explore the beautiful surrounds, 10 mins to Wonthaggi where all the shops are, and 15 mins to Inverloch with many stops en route.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house with our 3 year old and 6 year old and my elderly parents. Who needs a tv when there was lots to explore close by. The house was so cosy and we had everything we needed. Anna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A great family stay in a beautiful home and location.

It was easy to get to and a great location to explore Inverloch and surrounding areas. The host was quick to respond to any queries and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

Cosy place to spend the long weekend. Perfect space for my little family. Had everything we needed and was clean and nicely styled. The sheets and towels were super luxe, kitchen well stocked (plenty of pods for the coffee machine!) and the garden was fun to explore. Surroundings are peaceful and close to the beach, koala park and Phillip Island. I recommend Euro Eats in Grantville for some delicious Greek food, and Bassine Cheeses is worth a visit too. Hope to be back soon!

A great place for larger groups. Very comfortable living space with plenty of sitting options and great dining table that seats 10. Wood burner was welcome as it was cold for our visit in June. Very quiet area but a short drive to shops and wonderful foreshore walks. Comfortable beds but bring your slippers-A tad cold on the floors. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Highly recommend Eleonore’s place to stay and explore this beautiful area.

We had a great stay at Barbara’s place. Lots of space for big groups. We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed their stay. It was a fun filled easter with lots of places to visit and activities to do around. Thank you for hosting us Barbara.
