Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Tea Tree Hill. It’s a cosy place, and beautifully furnished. It was an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Dan was super helpful, responsive and welcomed our Labrador (house trained) who also loved the stay. Highly recommend Tea Tree Hill. Perfect for a peaceful escape away from hustle and bustle! We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

Amazing location! So very private, we didn’t see a soul for miles! A great place for a sneaky weekend away! The fire was cosy and almost all the light you need at night. Great idea to bring your own kindling and firewood, just in case. Make sure you get there early in the day, if you’re not familiar with farms it might be hard to find. Did I say private? Oooohhhh it was exactly what we were after!

This house is amazing. Lots of space, clean and in a quiet suburb. So if you want to just relax and chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect house. It's close to everything on the island, a short drive into Cowes and San Remo for shops. We totally enjoyed our stay. Peter is a great host and quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a wonderful stay at the Perfect Family Home on Phillip Island! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main street in Cowes, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy beach access nearby. The house had a warm, welcoming feel and really felt like a home away from home, which made traveling with our dog so much easier and more comfortable. Everything was clean, well set up, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly place to stay on the island!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Shushana was an amazing host! She made sure we had milk/alternative milk available for our stay and all the essentials required to cook. Her place was lovely, warm and so comfortable. The backyard was also the perfect size for my small-medium Japanese spitz. I’d love to come back again in the future!
