The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. Relax and unwind! Enjoy an early morning cuppa while gazing at endless view of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
