Monthly Rentals in Cape Greco

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. We stayed for a week, it is a quiet area, walking distance to our points of interests and to the bus stop at the square. Apartment very well equipped with every little thing that you might need. And it is very suitable for a workation having 2 desks, which we used. Thank you for all the friendly and quick communication

Apartment rather clean, functional and good location! Our original place wasn't ready when we arrived, but Eva and Jerry were very responsive and offered us a similar place in the residence. Beautiful sea view, pool and common area (billiards, ping pong table, some fitness machines). Lidl store 5 minutes away by car, pleasant walks and beaches very close. 15 minutes by car from Ayia Napa, 5 minutes from Cap Greco. We came out of season so a lot of restaurants and shops were closed, but I think the neighborhood needs to be more lively in high season!
