Another great stay. We have stayed here 3 times now and it is perfect for a couple. And it is pet friendly which is a plus. Close to the Mississippi River and there is a Casino across the way if you like to gamble. We do not gamble so I can’t give insight on the Casino. There is an easy access keypad to get into and out of the home. The bed is extremely comfortable. Washer and dryer is a nice feature. House is alway clean and kitchen has what you need for cooking.

This place is adorable! The instructions were very clear, getting in was a breeze, and I felt right at home. Very nice shower! We thought the kitchen decor was reminiscent of a 50s diner. It was great vibes. David was a very friendly host. The house was clean. Overall better than any hotel I could've possibly booked. Would be a great place to bring kids and/or a dog because of that beautiful yard as well. I especially loved the counter space in the bathroom. Made it very easy to do my hair and makeup!

We had a team of 9 for a week and the place had everything we needed! Abbie was a responsive host and the location was fantastic. Memories to be made and non stop conversation starters. One of the most fun air bnbs that I’ve been a part of over the years. Thank you!

Ben was very responsive! He gave us great recomdations for things to do and restaurants. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. We loved the location. It is right off Main Street and we walked to shops, restaurants and to the river. We only had time for one night, but would like to go back for a long weekend. Definitely stay here! You won't regret.

This was a great place to stay within walking distance to downtown Cape. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was a spacious apartment. The host had great communication and responded quickly to questions.

Michael's place in Cape G is a perfect place to stay while you visit. It's a block from the main drag with plenty of food and bars (check out the record lounge around the corner). There's a garage space, and the balcony on the top floor has views of the Mississippi. The apartment is clean and comfortable, it would be a good medium or long term stay if desired. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are modern. We'd stay again if visiting.

The location is absolutely gorgeous! The home is elegant and historic with amenities that are simply fantastic! Just down the block is amazing food options. A further block to the east is the historic downtown. I highly recommend this stay for these reasons and the most accommodating and proactive host, Alyssa, this host and location are by far unmatched.

The location was walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. The loft was amazing and had great amenities such as jetted tub and fireplace...kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal...They really thought of everything! I would not hesitate to recommend this space to anyone staying in the Cape Girardeau

Beautiful Sunset Cottage with amazing views

This property is located in the country on a beautiful estate. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, where you can see the stars at night and watch a stunning sunset…this is the place. I can’t say enough about Dru, she is a wonderful host and cooks some amazing home cooked meals. We were there for a retreat with friends and to celebrate birthdays, she did a great job making our stay memorable. She can arrange horseback riding or relaxing massages if that’s what you are looking for. This property is located about a two hour drive south of St. Louis; however it’s an easy drive mostly highway. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Dru, for being an amazing host.

We really appreciated the beauty of this well preserved historical home. In addition , it was unusually clean and every detail was thought of in regard to amenities . The location of the home is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops and yet set in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved cooking in the big kitchen and the our very private and quiet bedroom tucked away at the top of the house. Finally, our hostess was very quick to respond to any questions that we had.

We came to town for a concert, then enjoyed the rest of the weekend at the cabin. This was our first Airbnb stay and our hosts were great with instructions one how to get in, and how to work the outdoor electronics. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub!

Shu-Chuan was authentic, down to earth, genuine, and an all around very accommodating host. She offered me homemade snacks and coffee, even breakfast in the morning with her and her husband. Very open lines of communication, she offered good relatable conversation. Knows the area well and keeps the home clean. The outside lights and decor at night is a very nice touch. Not directly in the middle of everything, but close enough to drive to it all. Close to the university and lots of shopping. The room itself had everything I needed. It’s own bathroom, refrigerator, tv, couch, designated work table, coffee table, plus more like shared laundry in the basement. It is on the second floor, so there is a set of stairs you must climb, consider that if you have a lot of luggage. The 2 cats made me feel right at home, and welcomed me just as warmly as Shu-Chuan and her husband did. About 20 minutes from Trails Of Tears, about 1 hour from Little Grand Canyon plus more. Great stay! I would again.

The hotel was beautiful and very convenient. It was top quality on everything. There was wonderful common areas, a place for the kids to play chess, a piano, a study area, a nice breakfast and roomy bedrooms. It was unique and full of history. The owners were helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to come back soon.

Shu-Chuan was incredibly welcoming and had some recommendations on local restaurants. very responsive when texting on the Airbnb app and offered us little gifts like persimmons and a complementary razor when we forgot one. Five stars!

Cape Charm is an excellent place to stay! The owners were very kind and helpful while we were there. The house was spotless and in a great location for us. We were in town for SEMO baseball and we could easily walk to the park.
